Skate Wheels
Replace damaged wheels or use multiple wheels to build a custom conveyor.
Steel wheels are stronger than aluminum wheels. Nylon wheels are nonmarking and quieter than metal.

Multidirectional Skate Wheels
These wheels have rollers that rotate around the wheel core to allow movement in any direction.
Wheels with a plain bore rotate freely around an axle or shaft. Wheels with a keyed bore rotate with the shaft instead of around it. This means multiple wheels placed along a shaft will rotate in sync for smooth travel. They can also be driven with a motor connected to the keyed shaft. Wheels with a bushing bore roll more smoothly than those with a plain bore. The bushing within the wheel acts as a bearing and has less friction when it spins. The bushings are plastic, so they won’t corrode.
Wheels with two or three wheels have increased surface area, so they are stable, smooth, and less likely to slip than single wheels.
Acetal wheels resist abrasion. ABS wheels are nonmarking and acid resistant.

Skate Wheel Conveyors
Skate wheel conveyors are for light duty loading and unloading of flat-bottom objects.
Conveyors with multidirectional wheels have rollers that rotate around the wheel core to allow movement in multiple directions. They’re good for side loading and unloading, workstations, and other situations that require multidirectional movement of items.
Plastic is nonmarring.
Note: Capacities are based on an evenly distributed load with at least one stand at each end for straight conveyors, and an additional stand in the center for curved conveyors. You can increase the capacity of a straight conveyor by adding a stand in the center. The length of the material you’re conveying should be at least three times the axle spacing.
