    Lever Actuator Style

At least 25% smaller than our Miniature Snap-Acting Switches, these switches are often used to trigger actions from inside a vehicle’s door or an engine compartment. They open and close circuits faster than other switches, preventing contacts from sticking by reducing the time that they're near one another. They also minimize the chance of arcing, so electricity won’t jump across contacts.
Plunger Actuator Style—Plunger actuator switches send a signal when the actuator is pushed directly downward. They have the smallest actuator of the actuators here, reducing the risk of accidental switching.
Lever Actuator Style—Lever actuator switches have a larger surface area than plunger actuator switches and can be pushed down by front-to-back movement, so they require less precision to activate.
Roller Lever Actuator Style—Roller lever actuator switches allow parts to glide across the actuation surface with less friction than standard levers. This prevents wear and tear over time.
Simulated Roller Lever Actuator Style—Simulated roller lever actuator switches have a curved arm that can be pressed down for actuation by forward, backward, and repeated back-and-forth movement.

Open and close circuits in a snap. These switches actuate quickly to minimize arcing and prevent contacts from sticking. They’re often used to indicate that an appliance or enclosure door is open. You can also use them inside limit, pressure, and temperature switches.
Plunger Actuator Style—Switches with a plunger actuator require a push to actuate, similar to a button.
Lever Actuator Style—Switches with a lever actuator have an arm that extends to give them a larger actuation area than switches with a plunger actuator.
Roller Lever Actuator Style—Switches with a roller lever actuator combine the larger actuation area of a standard lever with a smooth gliding roller actuator. They minimize friction to limit wear and tear on your switch.
Plastic Covers—Plastic covers (sold separately) are compatible with switches with screw terminals. They fit over the bottom of the switch to prevent contact with live terminals.

    Subminiature Wet-Location Snap-Acting Switches

Built for tight spaces exposed to water, these switches have a housing that's less than 1" long and IP67 rated for protection from temporary submersion. They open and close circuits quickly to minimize arcing and prevent contacts from sticking. They’re often used as door-open indicators on appliances and enclosures or as internal components in limit, pressure, and temperature switches.
Plunger Actuator Style—Switches with a plunger actuator require a push to actuate.
Lever Actuator Style—Switches with a lever actuator have an arm that increases the size of the actuation surface.
Roller Lever Actuator Style—Switches with a roller lever actuator allow parts to glide across the actuation surface with less friction than standard levers. This prevents wear and tear over time.

    Roller Lever Actuator Style

    Angled Lever Actuator Style

Smaller and more sensitive than standard snap-acting switches, these switches fit in tight spaces and actuate from light pressure. Snap-acting switches quickly open or close circuits to reduce arcing and keep contacts from sticking.
Plunger Actuator Style—Switches with a plunger actuator require a push to activate, similar to a button.
Lever Actuator Style—Switches with a lever actuator activate when material moves across the arm, which provides a large actuation area.
Roller Lever Actuator Style—Switches with a roller lever actuator use a lever with a roller at the end to activate. This allows parts to glide across the actuation surface with minimal friction, limiting wear and tear.
Angled Lever Actuator Style—Switches with an angled lever actuator have an arm with a tapered end. This creates an extra angle for actuation.

Actuate these switches with a fraction of the force of other subminiature switches for increased responsiveness. They’re a good choice if you need reliable actuation even from a light touch. Among the smallest snap-acting switches we offer, they fit into the tiniest of spaces. To minimize arcing and prevent contacts from sticking, they open and close circuits quickly. They’re often used as door-open indicators on enclosures or as internal components in limit, pressure, and temperature switches.

    Plunger Actuator

    Style

Smaller than standard snap-acting switches, these switches trigger actions in tight spaces. They’re used in components as small as computer mice and engine restart switches. They open and close circuits faster than other switches, preventing contacts from sticking by reducing the time that they're near one another. These switches also minimize the chance of arcing, so electricity won’t jump across contacts.
Plunger Actuator Style—Switches with a plunger actuator send a signal when the actuator is pushed directly downward. They have the smallest actuator of the actuators here, reducing the risk of accidental switching.

Secure these switches into panel cutouts using mounting nuts. They have a slim body so they can also be stacked together or fit into tight spaces. These switches have the rapid-closing action of a snap-acting switch, but have a larger actuator for large objects. When an object in motion comes into contact with the actuator, it sends a signal to open or close a circuit. They’re often used on conveyor systems and elevators. All are rated IP67 for protection from temporary submersion. They have a 4-pole micro M12 plug that connects to cables with a socket (sold separately), allowing you to quickly connect and disconnect the switch.
Plunger Actuator—Plunger actuators open or close circuits when objects push against them.
Roller Plunger Actuator—Roller plunger actuators open or close circuits when an object pushes against the roller, which moves the plunger. The roller moves parallel to the mounting direction, so it helps push the plunger even if the force isn’t straight on. The roller also reduces friction during actuation which prevents wear and tear over time.

A sealed actuator prevents these switches from jamming, even when exposed to sand, mud, or dirt. They're also rated IP67 for temporary submersion. With a slim design, you can stack them or fit them in tight spaces. When an object in motion comes into contact with the actuator, it sends a signal to open or close a circuit. These switches have the rapid-closing action of a snap-acting switch, but with a larger actuator. This makes them a good choice for use with large objects. For instance, a box on a conveyor runs into the switch, stopping the conveyor.
Plunger Actuator—Switches with a plunger actuator require a push to actuate, similar to a button.
Roller Plunger Actuator—Switches with a roller plunger actuator have a roller that moves when an object pushes the actuator. This reduces friction during actuation to limit wear and tear on your switch.
Cross Roller Plunger Actuator—Switches with a cross roller plunger actuator have a roller that moves when an object pushes the actuator. This reduces friction during actuation to limit wear and tear on your switch. The roller moves perpendicular to the mounting direction.
4-Pole M12 Connection—Switches with a 4-pole M12 plug connect to cords with a socket (sold separately), allowing you to quickly connect and disconnect the switch.

Stack these slim switches together, or fit them into tight spaces. They're rated IP67 for protection from temporary submersion. These switches have the rapid-closing action of a snap-acting switch, but have a larger actuator for large objects. They’re often used on conveyor systems and elevators.

The roller moves parallel to the mounting direction, so it helps push the plunger even if the force isn’t straight on. The roller also reduces friction during actuation which prevents wear and tear over time.
Roller Lever Actuator—Roller lever actuators open or close circuits when material moves across the switch. The roller reduces friction during actuation which prevents wear and tear over time.
Wobble Stick Actuator—Wobble stick actuators open or close circuits when an object hits the flexible arm. The arm has a 360° range of motion, so it can be actuated from any direction. This means that if there’s a jam, these switches are less likely to break than switches that are aligned to a specific direction.
4-Pole M12 Connection—Switches with a 4-pole M12 plug connect to cords with a socket (sold separately), allowing you to quickly connect and disconnect the switch.
