Pinch the flexible plastic casing of these nuts to add threads to thin metal. Unlike typical rigid snap-in nuts, these squeeze into a square hole from the front or back of your material. Once installed, they stay put. They meet DIN EN 61373, so they’re certified for use in environments with heavy vibration—think a bumpy railcar.
