UV-Resistant Spiral Sleeving
This sleeving absorbs UV light, so it can be used in direct sunlight without getting damaged. Made of polyethylene, it resists abrasion and solvents. A reusable alternative to tape and cable ties, it allows you to route wire and cable between the spirals.
Orange sleeving is more visible than black sleeving. Use it to quickly and easily identify lines in outdoor safety applications. It’s also good for color coding and marking.

Spiral Sleeving
Wrap this sleeving around cable, cords and wires to protect them and to form bundles. Unlike cable ties and tape, this sleeving can be unwound and reused.
Polyethylene sleeving holds up under rubbing and scraping, and won’t degrade in solvents. However, it is not as soft as silicone rubber sleeving, and does not provide as much cushioning. This sleeving has been tested by UL to meet nationally recognized industry and safety standards for use in electronic systems.
Silicone sleeving is softer and more pliable than polyethylene sleeving, but does not hold up as well when rubbed or scraped. It cushions and protects fragile wires without damaging them, and is often used with fiber-optic cable.

Metal-Detectable Spiral Sleeving
Protect cables, cords, and wire and form them into bundles in your food-processing plant while lowering the risk of contaminating the food. This sleeving has a metal additive that will set off metal detectors to help you comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs. It’s also bright blue, which makes it easy to spot any broken pieces that fall into your line. All are FDA compliant for direct contact with food.
This sleeving has a spiral shape for you to route your cables through. It’s a reusable alternative to tape and cable ties. Made of plastic, it resists corrosion and chemicals, so it withstands washdowns with sanitizers and harsh cleaners. It also holds up under impact, rubbing, and scraping. All of this sleeving meets UL 94 HB for flame retardance.

Slotted Spiral Sleeving
With a unique overlapping link structure, you can open and close this sleeving like a zipper using the included tool. The tool’s open design and the slots in the sleeving make it easy to branch off wires from your bundle as you’re zipping it shut. Thanks to its structure, this sleeving is better at resisting wear and tear than standard spiral sleeving. There are also no pinch points when it bends and flexes, so it’s great where there’s a lot of movement and vibration. Unlike cable ties and tape, it can be unwound and reused. Made of polypropylene, it resists chemicals and solvents.
As your setup changes, you can use the installation tool to add wire, cable, or hose to your sleeving without having to disassemble or move your equipment. That makes this sleeving ideal where frequent repair is necessary.
Note: The installation tool only works with slotted spiral sleeving, not other types of spiral sleeving.
