High-Volume/Low-Pressure Air-Powered Paint
Sprayers with One-Time-Use Spray Heads
Replace the disposable spray heads on these guns after each use for the performance of a new spray gun without having to clean them. High-volume/low-pressure sprayers produce less overspray than other air-powered sprayers to minimize paint waste. The heads are adjustable, so you can change the size and shape of their spray.
Use a spray head size that matches your job. 0.047" spray heads achieve an ultra-fine finish. 0.051" spray heads create a fine finish. Use 0.055" spray heads with thin paint and coatings, such as automotive paint and polyurethane. 0.071" spray heads have a bigger opening for thicker coatings, such as primer, lacquer, and adhesives.
Sprayers have disposable liners and lids to simplify cleanup. Liners can be used for mixing paint before spraying. Lids connect the cup to the sprayer and have a built-in filter.

Light Duty Electric Paint Sprayers
Light and compact, these sprayers apply paint and light coatings faster than air-powered sprayers. They include two spray heads: one for large areas and one for precision jobs and trim. Turn the dial to change the power settings—thicker paint and coatings require more power. Change the spray pattern shape and size by rotating the nozzle on the spray head.

For high-volume jobs, these sprayers apply paint and coatings at more than four times the rate of our light duty electric paint sprayers. They have a durable motor that automatically adjusts to changes in pressure. The spray tip has a guard and is reversible for quick cleaning.

Plastic Hand-Pump Sprayers
Pump the handle to pressurize the tank, then squeeze the trigger on the wand to spray. Made of lightweight plastic, the tank on these sprayers resists chemicals and impact. They’re often used for degreasers, insecticides, disinfectants, cleaning solutions, and herbicides.
Sprayers with a cone nozzle are good for everyday cleaning. Remove stuck-on material with the stream nozzle. The flat nozzle is useful for creating powerful coverage over a wide area. To clean delicate equipment or cool machinery, use the mist nozzle.
Viton® fluoroelastomer seals are chemical resistant, so you can spray oils, acids, and solvents without damaging the seal.
Plastic and stainless steel wands resist most chemicals. Plastic wands are lighter than stainless steel but are less durable. Aluminum and brass wands are durable but can corrode when exposed to strong chemicals. Brass wands are weather resistant for outdoor use.
Sprayers with a pressure-relief valve let you release the air inside safely without being sprayed.
Sprayers with an internal pressure regulator keep pressure at or below 55 psi.
Add a repair kit (sold separately) to replace worn or damaged components, such as the check valve or O-rings.
Note: The material of the parts can affect a sprayer's compatibility with a chemical or solution. Make sure the tank, seal, wand, and nozzle are suitable for your application.
Warning: Face the nozzle away from you to safely release pressure from the relief valve. If there’s no relief valve, place the tank on its side with the top pointed away from you before you release.

Static-Eliminating Blowguns

Clean-Air Blowguns
Clean surfaces without transferring dust or moisture from the air hose. This blowgun has a replaceable filter that traps particles such as rust and smoke and absorbs moisture. Personnel Cleaning Blow-Off Systems
Safely blow dust and debris off your clothes. These blowers are a safer alternative to compressed air and help you meet OSHA regulations. A heavy duty plastic body protects these blowers from damage and wear.
Bring portable blowers to job sites. They can also be used to clear off machinery and benchtops around your shop. Clean hard-to-reach areas with an extra-long hose.
Wall-mount blowers automatically shut off after 60 seconds to save energy. A holster stores the nozzle out of the way when blowers are not in use. Blowers include a chip guard and a swivel hose connector.
Chip guards prevent loose particles from flying back towards the user.
Swivel hose connectors enable the nozzle to rotate freely for easy movement.
