Quick-Prime Pistol-Grip Grease Guns

Prime these guns faster than standard grease guns and use them with just one hand. Instead of the spring, rod, and follower plate standard grease guns use, these guns use vacuum pressure, so they’re ready to go more quickly. A cap seals the bottom of the gun to create vacuum pressure and to prevent grease from leaking and making the gun slippery. Pistol-grip guns are useful for hard-to-reach lubrication points because they leave you with a hand free to attach the tip to a fitting. But compared to lever-grip guns, they have about half the output per stroke.
These guns aren't compatible with cardboard grease cartridges because they use vacuum pressure.

Quick-Prime Lever-Grip Grease Guns

Start greasing faster than standard grease guns and continue with the high output of a lever grip. These guns use vacuum pressure instead of a spring, rod, and follower plate, so they’re ready to go more quickly. A cap seals the bottom of the gun to create vacuum pressure and to prevent grease from leaking and making the gun slippery. They have a lever grip, so they dispense about twice as much grease per stroke as pistol-grip guns. But you’ll need both hands to dispense grease.
These guns aren't compatible with cardboard grease cartridges because they use vacuum pressure.
