Quick-Disconnect Wash Gun Extensions

Clean hard-to-access areas by extending the reach of your quick-disconnect wash gun. These extensions have a threaded coupling for your wash gun and a quick-disconnect coupling for your nozzle. Made of zinc-plated steel (with brass and stainless steel couplings), they’re durable and have good corrosion resistance. They’re commonly called extension wands.
Nozzles are required, but not included; see quick-disconnect spray nozzles.

Machine-Mount Coolant Nozzles with Threaded Connection


These nozzles handle coolant pressure up to 150 psi. Push on the nozzle to adjust the angle of the coolant stream.

High-Pressure Machine-Mount Coolant Nozzles with Ball-Socket Connection
For high-pressure coolant lines, these nozzles withstand pressure up to 500 psi. They snap into the sockets on CNC machines and swivel for positioning.
Styles A and B can be cut to any length and bent in any direction. Style A has one nozzle. Style B has two nozzles.
Style C can be used with a tip extension (sold separately) to direct coolant straight to the cutting edge.

Machine-Mount Coolant Nozzles with Press-In Connection
Press these nozzles into unthreaded holes. Holes must meet the specified tolerance to ensure a secure fit. To aim the coolant stream, insert a hex wrench or similar tool into the orifice and rotate the nozzle tip.
Tip extensions (sold separately) thread into the orifice to direct coolant straight to the cutting edge.

Static-Dissipative Air Hose

- Temperature Range: -20° to 210° F

Prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD) while moving compressed air in dry environments, such as when powder coating or spray painting. This hose is made of a specially formulated EPDM that dissipates static, so paint and powder won’t attract to the hose’s surface. It also prevents the generation of sparks when the surface of the hose is touched. Reinforced with yarn, this hose is flexible and durable.
