Sprockets for Silent Drive Chain

Machine the center of these sprockets for a custom fit that matches your shaft. They come machined to the shaft diameter listed and are machinable up to the maximum shaft diameter size. The teeth are sized to fit into silent-drive chain, also known as inverted tooth chain.

Silent Drive Chain

Also known as inverted tooth chain, this chain smoothly transmits power between rotating shafts with minimal vibration and noise. The shape of the teeth and pins make the chain interlock with a sprocket better than a roller on a roller chain, which means this chain can move faster and transfer more power than roller chain. To connect the two free ends together, align the holes in the link plates and insert the included connecting pins. Choose a sprocket (not included) that matches the inverted tooth chain trade size of your chain.

Silent Drive Chain Pins

Replace the pins in your silent drive chain to link two chains together. Choose a pin that has the same inverted tooth chain trade size as your chain. Secure with the included cotter pin and washer.
