    Sprockets

Image of Product. Finished Bore. Front orientation. Drive Sprockets. Sprockets, For Single Strand, Finished Bore.

    Finished Bore

Sprocket teeth mesh with your roller chain to smoothly transmit power. These U.S.-made sprockets have machined teeth for a more precise fit than flame-cut or punched teeth, allowing them to glide in and out of the chain to reduce wear and extend chain life.
Steel—Steel is strong, but best for dry environments since moisture will cause it to rust.
Corrosion-Resistant 18-8 Stainless Steel—Won't corrode from frequent washdowns and mild chemicals, including ammonia often found in cleaning solutions.
Finished Bore—Mount these sprockets onto your shaft and secure with a set screw—no machining required.

    One-Way-Locking Sprockets

Image of Product. Back orientation. Drive Sprockets. One-Way-Locking Sprockets.
Stop reverse motion in its tracks. These sprockets use a clutch to transfer torque in one direction and spin freely in the other. They're often used for backstopping, indexing, and overrunning. For example, in two-speed systems, they connect the low-speed motor to the main drive. When the high-speed motor takes over, they stop transferring power and spin in the opposite direction. All are made in the U.S.
Steel—Steel is strong, but best for dry environments since moisture will cause it to rust.
Finished Bore—Mount these sprockets onto your shaft and secure with a set screw—no machining required.

    Clamp-On Shaft Mount

The screw connections on these bushings easily mate to compatible quick-disconnect sprockets and pulleys. Bushings fit quick-disconnect (QD) sprockets and pulleys of the same bushing trade number. As you tighten the included screws, the bushing grips the shaft and pulls it into the sprocket or pulley.

The tapered barrel on these bushings is split on both sides, allowing them to contract more tightly around the shaft than quick-disconnect and taper-lock bushings. They're for use with split-tapered sprockets and pulleys of the same bushing trade number. As you tighten the included screws, the bushing grips the shaft and pulls it into the sprocket or pulley.
