FEP Plastic

Our most chemical-resistant squeeze bottles. These bottles are fluorinated to reduce permeability, absorption, and damage from harsh chemicals, such as ammonia and hydrochloric acid. Also known as wash bottles, they have a nozzle that dispenses liquid at an angle.

FEP plastic bottles can handle the most aggressive solvents, such as acetone. They’re ideal for dispensing where you need high purity and minimal contamination.

Squeeze Bottles with Extended-Reach Nozzle

Dispense adhesives, lubricants, and other liquids into hard-to-reach spots. These bottles have a long nozzle for accessing machine interiors and awkward angles.

When choosing a bottle, consider the size of the nozzle. The larger the nozzle ID, the more liquid you can dispense with each squeeze, which is helpful for viscous liquids. Nozzles with a smaller ID create a more focused stream at a higher pressure, which is good for rinsing surfaces and dislodging debris.

Plastic nozzles are flexible, so they’re easy to maneuver around obstacles. Those with a guide wire hold their shape when you bend them, creating any angle you need.

LDPE bottles are soft, flexible, and easy to squeeze. HDPE are less permeable than LDPE bottles, so they hold up better to oil or lubricant. They’re also more rigid, so they’re harder to squeeze.

Squeeze-to-Measure Bottles

Squeeze these bottles to dispense liquid into an attached, graduated container—no measuring cup needed.

Style A have a cup that slides up or down their dispensing tube. Align the top of the tube with a graduation mark, then squeeze the bottle to fill the cup. When you let go, any liquid above the mark is drawn back inside.

Style B have two chambers, each with their own lid. Also known as Bettix bottles, they’re often used for diluting concentrated cleaning agents or automotive fluids. Squeeze the storage chamber until the measuring chamber is filled to the level you need.
