Threaded Flow-Adjustment Valves
These valves gradually open and close to adjust and regulate flow.
Wheel handles open and close with multiple turns, providing more controlled, shock-resistant flow than lever handles.
Rising stems lift as the valve opens and lower as the valve closes to provide a visual indication of whether flow is on or off. The stem is isolated from the process media for a longer service life than valves with a nonrising stem.
316 stainless steel valves are more corrosion resistant than bronze valves.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.

Threaded Flow-Adjustment Valves with Garden Hose Outlet
- For Use With: Oil, Water
- Valve Type: Globe
These valves have an NPT inlet and a GHT outlet for attaching garden hose. They gradually open and close with multiple turns of the wheel handle to adjust and regulate flow. All have a nonrising stem that stays in the same position whether the valve is open or closed.
Lockouts (sold separately) thread over the valve outlet and lock in place with a padlock (not included) to prevent unauthorized water use.

Snap-Shut Threaded Flow-Adjustment Valves
Also known as whistle valves, these open and throttle as force is applied to the lever and automatically close upon release. They’re commonly used for spraying, washing, and other applications that require manual discharge of liquid and air. All have a nonrising stem that stays in the same position whether the valve is open or closed.
Pull-activated lever handles open the valve when you pull the handle upward. Attach a cord or chain to the hole in the handle for remote operation.
Push-activated lever handles open the valve as downward pressure is applied.

Air-Driven Flow-Adjustment Valves
- Valve Type: Globe
- For Use With: Water, Oil, Food
- Seal Material: PTFE Plastic
- Specifications Met: UL Listed, C-UL Listed
For faster actuation than motor-driven valves, these operate on compressed air. Integrate them into PLC systems for automatic control over the valve position based on system conditions. The actuator has a built-in electric pilot valve that controls the air supply to the valve. Set how much to open the valve using the programmable controller on the actuator. They can accept both 4-20 mA current and 0-10 DC voltage. Valves don’t require a minimum pressure drop for operation.
All have a single-acting actuator that only requires air pressure to open the valve; it automatically springs closed when the air turns off. Valves are normally closed unless actuated. The actuator is directly mounted to the valve body to minimize movement and reduce wear. Valve body is stainless steel for good corrosion resistance. All meet NEMA 4X, IP65, and IP67 for resistance to washdowns, splashing water, corrosive liquid, and dust.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.
