Zinc-, nickel- and brass-plated low-carbon steel hinges are more corrosion resistant than primed and painted low-carbon steel hinges.

Mortise-Mount Template Entry Door Spring Hinges
The mounting holes on these hinges form an industry-standard half-moon shape. Springs in the hinges automatically swing doors and gates closed behind you. To adjust the closing tension, use the included tension adjustment tool. The hinge leaves fit into cutouts (mortises) to mount flush with door and frame edges. For hinges with a capacity of 90, 110, and 150 lbs., capacity is based on three hinges per door with a maximum door size of 7' Ht. × 3' Wd. For hinges with a capacity of 155 lbs., capacity is based on three hinges per door with a maximum door size of 7' Ht. × 4' Wd.
Zinc-, chrome-, and brass-plated steel hinges have better corrosion resistance than primed and painted steel.
UL Listed hinges are for use with labeled fire doors.

Nonstandard Hole Pattern Mortise-Mount Template Entry Door Spring Hinges
The mounting hole pattern does not follow an industry standard, which means you can work around worn mounting holes when replacing template hinges. Springs in the hinges automatically swing doors and gates closed behind you. To adjust the closing tension, use the included tension adjustment tool. The hinge leaves fit into cutouts (mortises) to mount flush with door and frame edges. For hinges with a capacity of 65 lbs., capacity is based on three hinges per door with a maximum door size of 7' Ht. × 2' 8" Wd. For hinges with a capacity of 90 lbs., capacity is based on three hinges per door with a maximum door size of 7' Ht. × 3' Wd. For hinges with a capacity of 155 and 175 lbs., capacity is based on three hinges per door with a maximum door size of 7' Ht. × 4' Wd.
Hinges that meet UL 10C are UL Listed for use with labeled fire doors.
Zinc-, chrome-, and brass-plated low-carbon steel hinges have better corrosion resistance than primed and painted low-carbon steel.

Mortise-Mount Two-Way Swinging Door Hinges
The hinge leaves fit in cutouts (mortises) on the edge of a door. Open a door or gate in either direction and these hinges pull it closed. Use the included tension adjustment tool to adjust the closing tension.
Brass-, and chrome-plated steel hinges are more corrosion resistant than primed steel.

Toilet Partition Door Pivot Hinges

Hold-Closed Half-Mortise Concealed Cabinet Hinges
Spring tension pulls the door closed when it’s open less than 10° and keeps it closed without a catch or latch. Also known as European hinges, only one cutout (mortise) is needed for these hinges—mount the frame leaf to the inside cabinet wall and mount the door leaf into a recessed cutout (mortise) on the inside of the cabinet door. Once mounted, the hinges will be completely hidden from the outside when the door is closed. They are commonly found on washroom and kitchen cabinetry. All of these hinges have a nonremovable pin to deter tampering.
Hinges for inset doors are for doors that are flush with their frame when the door is closed.
