Hardened Easy-to-Weld 4130 Alloy Steel Sheets

- Yield Strength: 80,000 psi
- Hardness: Rockwell C21 (Hard)
- Fabrication: See table
- Specifications Met: ASTM A506, SAE AMS2301
The surface of this 4130 alloy steel is hardened, so it resists impact and abrasion better than standard 4130 alloy steel. Also known as chrome-moly steel, it has a low carbon content for good weldability. 4130 alloy steel is often used for pressure vessels and structural supports. These sheets have been manufactured to meet SAE and ASTM standards for quality and performance.
