Made of M2 tool steel, these sheets offer a balance of wear resistance and machinability. They’re also hardened to increase their resistance to impacts and abrasion. High molybdenum content helps them keep a sharp cutting edge even at high temperatures, so they’re often used to make high-speed cutting tools. Also known as flat stock.
