Food Service Strainers

Perforated strainers have larger openings than mesh strainers to quickly drain liquids. The flat bottom makes it easy to set them in the bottom of the sink while rinsing.

Metal Funnels with Filter

Strain samples as you transfer them into containers. Made of metal, these funnels are more durable and withstand higher temperatures than plastic funnels. Their filter is removable, making it easy to clean or replace. Take it out to funnel samples you don’t need to strain.
Stainless steel funnels are the most corrosion resistant. They withstand harsh chemicals, frequent washdowns, and cleaners.
Stainless steel filters hold up the best to wear, corrosion, and sanitizing. Silicone filters have high heat resistance and are easy to clean. However, they’re not as durable as metal filters.
Style J have a short and wide spout to keep coarse powders and small solids the size of rice from clogging. For more precise funneling, attach the narrow spout extension.
Funnels with a vented spout let gases escape to prevent pressure buildup and vapor lock. This helps liquids flow smoothly without burping or spilling.
