Long-Life Band Saw Blades for Structural Shapes and Bundles

Cut structural shapes such as I-beams and angle iron as well as bundles of structural shapes and tubing with less tooth breakage than other blades. The teeth are reinforced, forward-angled, and widely spaced to leave room for chips to collect. These bimetal blades have a carbon steel body with high-speed steel teeth that last up to four times longer than carbon steel teeth. They're flexible for making straight and curved cuts. The teeth vary in size, number per inch, and pattern to reduce vibration and produce smooth cuts. Choose blades with more teeth per inch for a smooth finish; choose blades with fewer teeth per inch for fast, rough cutting. All have a welded seam and are ready to install on your saw.

They're a safe option relative to band or cutoff saws since they don't have an exposed blade. Plus, they won't generate sparks as an angle grinder would. Bring them wherever you're assembling a support structure. Their Milwaukee battery is good for 250 cuts on a single charge. LED lights illuminate the cut area to help you make sure you’re cutting in the right spot.

These cutters come with the most common die size, but you can also swap out dies (sold separately) to cut different sizes of strut channel. Not for use on stainless steel.

Using Bluetooth, you can connect these cutters to the free downloadable Milwaukee One-Key app. The app lets you track your tool, monitor usage, and get notifications when maintenance is needed.

These cutters come with a battery and charger, but you can also add backup or replacement batteries and chargers.
