Fasten a variety of screw sizes in compact machinery where overhead clearance is minimal. These L-keys have a stubby leg that's up to 50% shorter than others to squeeze into extremely tight spaces. They also have a ball tip on one or both ends that engages the drive with less contact than a straight tip, so you can turn screws at an angle instead of head on. Ball tips don't grip as tightly as straight tips, however, and may strip the drive of the fastener if you crank them too hard.

When working in tight spaces, these short drivers fit where others can't. Bits have a different tip at each end and snap into the shaft. A ball detent holds the bit in place. To use as nutdriver, remove the bit and turn fasteners with the shaft, which is also reversible and turns two external hex sizes. Drivers have a cushion grip for comfort and some slip resistance.
