Hang your human-machine interface and swivel it around to save floor space and comfortably access touch screens, buttons, and other operating equipment. These suspension arms have already-drilled mounting holes that match our HMI enclosures. Route wire from your HMI components to a machine through a hole that runs through the entire arm. To prevent them from swinging too far and hitting people and equipment, locking pins let you restrict how far these arms rotate. Brakes lock their position into place.
Customize a system for your application—you can create hundreds of different variations. A complete suspension arm requires at least a base, a tube, and a mount. Add components to extend your arm up to 80” from the base and expand its range of motion. Arms without a connector support up to 180 lbs. Those with a connector support up to 135 lbs., but the load it can hold decreases by 2 lbs. for every 1” over 40” from the base.
Bases mount your arm to a surface. Wall bases mount to a wall, the side of a machine, or another vertical surface. Bench-top bases mount to horizontal surfaces, such as the top of a machine.
Tubes extend your arm’s reach.
Connectors join tubes. Those that rotate create a joint that swivels.
Mounts connect your arm to an enclosure.
Adapters tilt your enclosure for an improved view of and access to your HMI components.

Robot Bases

Elevate robot arms with these bases so they can reach onto raised surfaces, such as conveyor belts or workstations. Made from steel, these bases are strong and built to last—they’re also machinable and weldable, so you can modify the mounting plates to suit your application. Secure them to the ground or other flat surface using the holes in the bottom plate. Additional holes are designed to level the bases—thread fasteners (not included) through each hole and adjust their depth to compensate for uneven floors. These bases are only for use at collaborative speeds. They are not designed for robots moving at high speeds.
If you do not see your robot model arm listed, you will need to confirm compatibility yourself. In addition to mounting hole pattern, you will also need to ensure that the maximum potential forces of your robot arm and application are within safe limits for the base's footprint, center of gravity, and any additional anchoring systems. Taller bases have a higher center of gravity and thus require heavier anchoring systems to maintain stability at higher forces compared to shorter bases.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.

Bolt-on bases come with mounting holes that match the patterns on commonly used robot arms.
Bases with cable routing hole are hollow, so you can feed cables, wires, and tubes through the center column. These bases help keep your cables organized and out of the way.

Robot-Ready Electric Grippers

Gripper Fingers and
Robot Arm (Not Included)

Including a robot tool mount and electrical connectors, these grippers come ready to attach to robot arms with standard ISO mounting hole patterns. Good for areas without compressed air, they use electricity to pick and place items in packaging, assembly, and machine-tending applications. All have a servomotor that opens and closes the grippers with equal force to grasp and release items from the inside or outside. Install the included software directly into your controller or teach pendant to program your gripper.
Select grippers that match your arm’s manufacturer series and model number or that are compatible with your electrical connection and signal output. Grippers with PNP signal output communicate proximity with a positive signal, while those with NPN signal output send a negative signal.
Grippers for FANUC CRX arms are FANUC approved, and grippers for Universal Robots (UR) arms are UR+ certified, so they've been tested to work seamlessly.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.

Discrete I/O grippers have four set gripping forces to move items—use a screwdriver to select the force you’ll need. Since these grippers open and close at the same force and stroke with every cycle, they’re good for picking items of a similar size and material. A discrete I/O signal and included inductive proximity sensor send information about an item’s location to your robot arm. All of these grippers are suitable for use in clean rooms rated to ISO Class 5. They’re also rated IP30 to prevent objects greater than 2.5 mm, such as a screwdriver, from making contact with live circuits.
ISO/TS 15066 grippers help you meet international safety standards. They don’t have pinch points or sharp edges, so you can use them on robots that will be near people.

Collaborative Robot Arms

Automate routine tasks with these six-axis robot arms. They’re easy to program, quick to install, and—depending on your application—safe for people to work near. Use them for material handling or machine tending applications, such as placing parts onto a conveyor belt or moving items in and out of a CNC machine.
Easily program the arms using your touchscreen teach pendant. Use the preinstalled software to drag and drop icons that tell the robot how to move. You can also physically move the arm to show the robot what to do. Because these arms are lightweight and plug into any standard wall outlet, they’re simple to set up in new locations.
All arms work at a collaborative speed, so you can work safely nearby and interact with the arms if they aren't performing potentially dangerous tasks, such as lifting sharp objects. They don’t have any sharp edges or pinch points. With sensors built into every joint, they will stop moving if you bump into them. They meet ISO 13849-1PLd international requirements for safety.
Some also work at high speeds, completing tasks quickly, but they require safety devices such as machine guards (not included) to protect people. They have color LEDs that indicate whether your robot is operating at collaborative or high speeds, or is stopped. To stop the arm at a moment’s notice, hit the emergency stop button.
These robot arms are reliable in a wide variety of environments and require no maintenance in their first eight years of use. IP67 rated, they won’t be damaged by dust or normal cleaning. They also include lithium batteries, so if the power goes out, they won't lose their place in their cycle.
5iA and 10iA robot arms are a good option when space is limited.
10iA/L and 20iA/L robot arms have a longer reach than -iA models. They can rotate in on themselves in a pendulum motion, which decreases the time it takes to move from one side of the robot arm to the other.

These lifter kits pick and place items from one surface to another using suction created by electricity—a good option when compressed air isn't available. They are FANUC approved and include a robot tool mount, electrical connectors, and a software plug-in, so they’re ready to attach to your CRX robot and quick to set up. Use them for material handling applications, such as moving items between conveyor belts. Check their status and adjust the vacuum levels directly on the lifter. The integrated vacuum sensor sends information about an item's position to your controller and triggers LED status indicators that show whether the arm is picking it up or releasing it. These lifters have near-field communication (NFC), so you can use a smartphone to read data, instructions, and error messages when you’re near the arm. Rated IP40, they're protected from objects greater than 1 mm from coming into contact with live circuits. They don't have any pinch points or sharp edges, so they help you meet ISO/TS 15066 international safety standards.
Choose standard vacuum lifter kits to move small- and medium-sized items with curves, angles, and varied heights. They share information with your controller using both discrete I/O and I/O-link communication. Discrete I/O communication is a wired connection between the lifter and the controller, while I/O-link connects to an I/O-link controller which can communicate remotely over multiple networks. This remote connection shares more data than discrete I/O, so you can monitor energy use and predict when you'll need maintenance.
Miniature vacuum lifter kits are smaller and lighter than standard kits, so they won't weigh down your robot arm. However, the small size means they create less suction, so they're limited to smaller, lighter items than the standard kits. They use discrete I/O to communicate directly with your controller.

Flexible Gripper Fingers

Grab differently sized and shaped objects without changing out gripper fingers in between. These fingers grasp objects using a durable rubber sheet that's flexible enough to grip around contours and edges. You’ll often see them used to sort drink or pill bottles of varying shapes and sizes on production lines.
EPDM fingers resist wear and tear better than silicone fingers.
Silicone fingers are FDA compliant for direct contact with food.

Robot-Ready Electric Vacuum Lifters

Pick up and move items using suction created by electricity—a good option when compressed air isn't available. Choose from complete kits that include everything you need to connect to your robot and start moving items, or individual components to build your own assembly and replace parts.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.
For technical drawings and 3-D models, click on a part number.

Lifter kits include a vacuum generator, cables, and cups. Check the status of your lifter and adjust the vacuum levels right on the lifter. The integrated vacuum sensor sends information about an item's position to your controller, as well as triggers LED status indicators that show whether the arm is picking it up or releasing it. These lifters have near-field communication (NFC), so you can use a smartphone to read data, instructions, and error messages when you’re near the arm. Lifters don’t have pinch points or sharp edges, so you can use them on robots that will be near people. They help you meet ISO/TS 15066 international safety standards. Rated IP40, they're protected from wires and other objects 1 mm or larger. They're configured to work with specific robot arms, so choose the kit that matches your arm's manufacturer and model. Lifters for FANUC CRX arms are FANUC approved, and lifters for Universal Robots (UR) arms are UR+ certified, so they've been tested to work seamlessly. Install the included software directly into your controller to program the lifter.
Use standard vacuum lifter kits to move small- and medium-sized items with curves, angles, and varied heights. They share information with your controller using both discrete I/O and IO-link communication. Discrete I/O communication is a wired connection between the lifter and the controller, while IO-link connects to an IO-link controller, which can communicate remotely over multiple networks. This remote connection shares more data than discrete I/O, so you can monitor energy use and predict when you'll need maintenance. Swap out or change the configuration using the parts listed here.
Miniature vacuum lifter kits are smaller and lighter than standard kits, so they won't weigh down your robot arm. However, the small size means they create less suction, so they're limited to smaller, lighter items than the standard kits. They use discrete I/O to communicate directly with your controller. Note: the additional parts listed here are not compatible with these kits.
