Quick-Access Machine Guards
These panels lift on and off their posts in seconds, so you can protect machinery while providing access for maintenance. Panels can be permanently secured to the posts with the included clips.
When standing on the side of the door that swings away from you, left-hand doors open to the left; right-hand doors open to the right.
The assembled width measures the installed width of a panel or door when mounted with posts on each side.
For added protection around larger machines, choose 8 ft. high posts and 7' 6" high doors. To create taller panels, pair 5' 6" high panels with 2 ft. high panels of the same width and add them to the posts.

Swing-Out Panel Hinge Kits for Enclosures
Add a secondary panel that swings to mount more components in your enclosure. These hinge kits allow access to the back wall of your enclosure and both sides of electronics mounted on the swinging panel. They work with solid or perforated panels. The included sealing washers and stainless steel screws help maintain your enclosure’s NEMA rating in dirty, wet, and oily environments.

Square D Secondary Circuit Breaker Boxes
Connect these boxes to a main box—they do not have a main circuit breaker switch. They are single-phase, 3-wire, and can be mounted for top or bottom feed conduit connections. Also known as load centers.
NEMA 3R rated boxes are for outdoor use.
Circuit breakers meet UL 489 requirements for branch circuit protection, so they protect downstream equipment and wiring from overloads and short circuits. Circuit breakers with ground fault sensitivity will trip if they detect a current leak above 6mA. This minimizes the risk of electric shock to workers and equipment.
Breakthrough current is the maximum current that the circuit breaker can safely stop in the event of a short circuit.
