Hoist Rings—For Lifting

Designed for angular lifting, hoist rings resist stresses that would bend or break an eyebolt. They have a lifting ring that pivots 180° front to back and a base that swivels 360° to compensate for pitch, roll, and sway when lifting heavy or unbalanced loads. Install the base of the hoist ring flush to the mounting surface and tighten to the recommended torque that is stamped on the ring. Torque wrenches are sold separately.
Machined hoist rings have a smooth finish to protect slings and hooks from damage and excess wear during lifting.
Black-oxide steel hoist rings have mild corrosion resistance.
Nickel-plated steel hoist rings are more corrosion resistant than black-oxide steel hoist rings.
316 stainless steel hoist rings are the most corrosion resistant.
High-visibility hoist rings are fluorescent green, so they’re easy to distinguish from other hardware when attached to equipment being lifted.
Hoist rings that are CE marked meet European safety standards.
Note: Capacities listed are for vertical lifting only. As the lift angle changes from vertical, the amount of weight the hoist ring can lift is significantly reduced. For example, when lifting a 1,000 lb. load at a 45° angle, you must choose a hoist ring with a capacity of at least 1,400 lbs. Do not use at an angle less than 30°.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Side-Mount Hoist Rings—For Lifting

Choose these hoist rings when you need to lift your load from the side.
D-shape hoist rings have a wider end than triangle hoists, so it’s easier to attach webbing and large hooks.
Triangle hoist rings have a narrow end to keep chain in place.
Black-oxide steel hoist rings have mild corrosion resistance.
Note: Capacities listed are for vertical lifting only. As the lift angle changes from vertical, the amount of weight the hoist ring can lift is significantly reduced. Nonswiveling Hoist Rings—For Lifting

The fixed base provides added stability and allows you to lift heavy loads with smaller thread sizes. Designed for angular lifting, hoist rings resist stresses that would bend or break an eyebolt. They have a lifting ring that pivots 180° front to back to compensate for roll and sway when lifting heavy or unbalanced loads. Install the base of the hoist ring flush to the mounting surface and tighten to the recommended torque that is stamped on the ring. Torque wrenches are sold separately.

Quick-Release Hoist Rings—For Lifting

Easily slip these hoist rings in and out of threaded holes by pushing the button to retract their threads. Install them flush to your mounting surface. Ideal for angular lifting, these hoist rings withstand stresses that break or bend eyebolts.
All are CE marked, so they meet European safety standards.
The ring on 180° pivot hoist rings moves from front to back. Their base does not swivel for added stability.
180° pivot and 360° swivel hoist rings not only have a ring that moves from front to back, but their base also swivels to handle pitch, roll, and sway when lifting heavy or unbalanced loads.

Rotating Eyebolts—For Lifting

Unlike conventional eyebolts, you can rotate the eye 360° to match the angle of your load.
Powder-coated steel eyebolts are impact resistant, but less corrosion resistant than stainless steel eyebolts. They include a removable key for tightening the bolt.
Note: Capacities listed are for vertical lifting only. Eyebolts with shoulder can be used for angular lifting up to 45°, but the capacities will be significantly reduced. For angular lifting, we recommend Hoist Rings.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Sanitary Swivel Vibration-Damping Leveling Mounts with Threaded Stud

Thread these mounts into machinery to level them on uneven floors in sanitary environments such as food-processing areas. They also create space to clean underneath machinery. All have a hygienic thread cover that prevents contaminants from settling in the grooves. To further block out contaminants as the mount moves, as well as prevent unsanitary metal-to-metal connections, there is a silicone seal at each end of the thread cover and at the point where the mount swivels. These seals have chemical additives, so you can find them with an X-ray machine if a piece falls into your line. This helps you comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs to keep contaminated food from leaving your facility. Seals are also FDA compliant for direct contact with food.
Made of 304 stainless steel, these mounts won’t corrode from frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. Their smooth finish and rounded edges leave no crevices for bacteria to grow in, reducing the chance of foodborne illnesses. They also don’t have any horizontal ledges, so liquids and food will drain off completely. Certified by 3-A, EHEDG, and USDA, they meet sanitary design standards.
The rubber cushion on the bottom reduces vibration and noise from machinery, which protects floors and extends machine life. Their grip on the floor minimizes bacteria growth beneath them and prevents machines from shifting.
These mounts swivel to level machinery on slightly uneven floors; for severely uneven floors, use the threaded stud to raise each mount to a level height.
Some mounts have mounting holes to secure them to the floor, keeping machinery stationary. Mounts with one mounting hole are secure enough to prevent machines from moving while they’re running and being cleaned.

Extreme-Force Swivel Vibration-Damping Leveling Mounts with Threaded Stud
Higher deflection ratings translate to greater vibration and shock isolation. These mounts have a rubber base that grips the floor for stability and is resistant to oil and grease. Their ball-and-socket design swivels to compensate for uneven floors. In addition to leveling, mounts raise equipment off the floor for easier cleaning and inspection.

Bolt-Down Swivel Vibration-Damping Leveling Mounts with Threaded Stud

Bolt these mounts down to keep your equipment stationary. Use them to minimize vibration and noise to prolong equipment life and protect floors. Mounts have a ball-and-socket design that swivels to compensate for uneven floors. In addition to leveling, mounts raise equipment off the floor for easier cleaning and inspection. They're made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance when exposed to water and most chemicals.
Mounts with one mounting hole are good for tight locations.

Rotating Flange Nuts

The nut head rotates while the flange remains stationary to prevent scratching the material surface as you tighten the nut. A black-oxide finish provides mild corrosion resistance in dry environments. Height includes the flange.
