Double-Wall Steel Tanks with Forklift Entry

Provide extra protection for products that require double-wall containment, such as diesel and waste oil, solvents, and antifreeze. The tank's second wall forms a spill-control compartment that holds 110% of the primary compartment's storage capacity. They have an opening for venting in the primary compartment, an opening for leak detection in the secondary compartment, and two openings for emergency venting in the primary and secondary compartments.

Plastic Spill-Control Pallets

When spills happen, these pallets contain the mess. They’re made of polyethylene, so they won’t degrade from most chemicals. They also meet EPA standards for liquid storage. To minimize potential leak points, these pallets are built without a drain. You’ll need to pump or clean out liquids after a spill—remove the grating to access the interior.
When choosing a pallet, consider the surface area and capacity you need. For number of 55-gallon drums gives you a sense of the surface area of your pallet, while capacity tells you how much liquid it can hold. When used correctly, these pallets meet EPA 40 CFR 264.175. Choose a pallet that’s large enough to hold either 10% of the total capacity of all the containers on it or the full capacity of the largest container—whichever is greater.
Polyethylene pallets last longer than recycled polyethylene pallets.
Styles A and E have U-channel connectors that let you link multiple units of the same style to create a larger spill-control surface.
Styles A, B, and E have a low profile that makes it easy to load containers.Stackable pallets sit flush when stacked, so you can access entry points with your forks.
Add a ramp to wheel drums onto your pallet with a hand truck.

ASME-Code Compressed Air Storage Tanks

These tanks have drain ports on the bottom to remove condensation. All other ports can be used as inlets or outlets in any configuration.
Tanks with mounting plate have a platform where you can secure motors, pumps, and other components.
Steel tanks are primed or powder coated for exterior corrosion resistance. Epoxy-lined steel tanks also resist interior corrosion that can result from moisture in your compressed air.
Note: Per ASME code, all tanks are water tested. Those made without a corrosion-resistant coating or material will have rust on the interior.

High-Pressure ASME-Code Compressed Air Storage Tanks

Able to withstand pressures up to 600 psi, these tanks store compressed air for use in high-pressure applications. They’re made of steel that's primed to resist exterior corrosion. Tanks have drain ports on the bottom to remove condensation. All other ports can be used as inlets or outlets in any configuration.
Note: Per ASME code, all tanks are water tested and will have rust on the interior.
