Pressurized Liquid Dispensing Tanks
Attach a compressed air source to pressurize liquids for dispensing and spraying. Tanks have a dip tube that draws liquid from the bottom of the tank. All tanks meet the ASME rating for pressure vessels.
304 stainless steel tanks have good corrosion resistance.
316 stainless steel tanks have excellent corrosion resistance.
Tanks that cannot be sold to the listed areas are restricted due to safety regulations.

Vacuum Containers
Also known as vacuum degassing chambers, these remove trapped air from mixtures such as paint and mold resins. The fittings on the hose contain a gasket that allows you to connect the hose to flared fittings.
Aluminum containers are lightweight, corrosion resistant, and good for general use.
304 stainless steel containers have excellent corrosion resistance and are commonly used in laboratories.
Containers with a side-mount gauge allow you to see the material inside of them when looking from the top.
Glass lids resist corrosion. They’re primarily used to eliminate air bubbles in woodworking projects that use harsh chemicals, which would deteriorate plastic lids. Glass lids are less durable than acrylic lids.
Acrylic lids are more durable than glass lids. They’re commonly used to eliminate air bubbles in hard setting materials, such as silicone and polyurethane.
Replacement lids do not include hardware or seal.
Replacement manifold assemblies include a manifold, vacuum gauge, washer, O-ring, and hex nut.

ASME-Code Compressed Air Storage Tanks
These tanks have drain ports on the bottom to remove condensation. All other ports can be used as inlets or outlets in any configuration.
Tanks with mounting plate have a platform where you can secure motors, pumps, and other components.
Steel tanks are primed or powder coated for exterior corrosion resistance. Epoxy-lined steel tanks also resist interior corrosion that can result from moisture in your compressed air.
Stainless steel tanks are more corrosion resistant than steel tanks.
Safety regulations restrict sales to the listed jurisdictions/areas.
Note: Per ASME code, all tanks are water tested. Those made without a corrosion-resistant coating or material will have rust on the interior.

Hydraulic Tanks
Store fluids for a hydraulic power unit or circulating-oil system. Choose a tank capacity about three times greater than your requirement to allow for heat dissipation. Tanks with only a drain connection require you to drill your own inlet/outlet connection and add pipe suction flanges (sold separately). Flanges seal pipes that pass through the top plate of your tank.
Breather vents prevent excess pressure in tanks and allow a free flow of air.

Plastic Hand-Pump Sprayers
Pump the handle to pressurize the tank, then squeeze the trigger on the wand to spray. These sprayers are often used for degreasers, insecticides, disinfectants, cleaning solutions, and herbicides. They have a trigger that can be locked for continuous spray.
Note: The material of the parts can affect a sprayer's compatibility with a chemical or solution. Make sure the tank, seal, wand, and nozzle are suitable for your application.
Sprayers with a filter prevent clogs.
Sprayers with an extended handle let you pump, pick up, and put down sprayers without bending over, saving you from back strain.
Sprayers with a spray shield focus your spray so that chemicals go only where intended.

Heavy Duty Plastic Hand-Pump Sprayers
These sprayers have a more durable construction than our other plastic hand-pump sprayers. They have a large fill opening for easy filling and cleaning. Pump the handle to pressurize the tank, then squeeze the trigger on the wand to spray. They are often used for degreasers, insecticides, disinfectants, cleaning solutions, and herbicides. They have a trigger that can be locked for continuous spray.
Sprayers with a dripless wand have a safety lock that prevents accidental spraying. Made of brass, these sprayers resist chemicals, so they can be used with harsh liquids such as acetone.
Replacement trigger and wand kits do not include nozzles.
Note: The material of the parts can affect a sprayer's compatibility with a chemical or solution. Make sure the tank, seal, wand, and nozzle are suitable for your application.

Neutralization Tanks
For safe and legal disposal of corrosive chemicals, these tanks neutralize acid waste before it drains into sewer systems. Fill them with limestone chips (sold separately), which chemically react with waste to reduce its acidity. Often used in labs, these tanks rest on a solid surface below your sink. The inlet attaches to your sink drain where a P-trap would go, and the outlet threads into your drain pipe. These tanks are made of polyethylene to withstand prolonged contact with harsh chemicals.
Choosing a tank size involves several factors, including how much waste you generate and the types of chemicals you plan to treat. For effective neutralization, waste should spend three hours in your tank before exiting via gravity flow. Select a tank that is greater in size than the volume of chemicals you plan to dispose of in a three-hour period.
Before use, fill your tank up to the outlet with limestone chips. One 50-lb. bag of chips will fill a five-gallon tank. Schedule regular maintenance to clean your tank and check the chip level—neutralization will erode chips over time. Disposing of non-chemical waste, such as coffee grounds, into these tanks will make the limestone chips less effective.
Style A tanks have an adjustable-height inlet with a slip joint fitting to connect to sink drains.
