    T-Slot Nuts

    Slide into T-slot tracks on machine tool tables to secure clamps and workpieces. These nuts are often paired with setup studs for adjustable fixtures.

    Black-Oxide Steel—Create a finished look with a dark, matte coating. These nuts offer minimal corrosion resistance, so they're best for dry environments.
    18-8 Stainless Steel—Stainless steel nuts have excellent corrosion resistance. They are a good choice for use with stainless steel parts or in EDM applications.
    Fully Threaded—Fully threaded nuts allow a stud to extend beyond the bottom of the nut.
    Partially Threaded—Partially threaded nuts keep studs from traveling past the bottom of the nut and damaging your table.

    Drop-In T-Slot Nuts

    Mount clamps and other fixtures to machine tool tables anywhere along the length of your T-slot track. These nuts install from the top and secure with a quarter turn, so you don’t have to slide them down the track’s length. They’re often paired with setup studs for adjustable fixtures. Also known as quarter-turn T-slot nuts.

    Weld Nuts

    Add permanent threads to thin metal with our go-to weld nuts. Unlike press-fit and rivet nuts, these nuts fuse to the base metal, so they won’t twist and pull out. Three evenly spaced projections concentrate heat away from the threads to prevent them from deforming and create consistent welds. All have a collar pilot that guides the nut into the hole, holds it in place while welding, and protects the threads from weld spatter. You can also install them on thick pieces of metal.
    Steel—Best for dry environments since moisture will cause them to rust. Made of uncoated steel, these nuts require minimal prep. Weld them to uncoated steel surfaces.
