T-Slotted Framing Fasteners
Screw and nut sets or nuts secure brackets and other accessories to rails.
Drop-in fasteners fit directly into the T-slot to attach components—no need to disassemble your existing structure. However, they form less secure connections than end-feed fasteners because less surface area touches the rail.
Self-aligning nuts have a ridge that keeps them centered in the T-slot.
Spring-loaded ball nuts hold themselves in place, so they won’t slide down vertical rails. The ball glides over holes, so they’re easy to reposition.
Offset nuts have a mounting hole close to one end, so you can install them next to corners and rail ends.

Miniature T-Slotted Framing and Fittings
Build test fixtures, prototypes, and other small structures with this miniature version of T-slotted framing and fittings. The framing has continuous T-slots for attaching fittings with the included mounting fasteners.

Stainless Steel Low-Profile Round-Base Weld Nuts with Projections
Add corrosion-resistant threads to stainless steel sheets, even in spaces with low clearance. These nuts have a short collar to fit in confined spaces. To make welding easier, their collar pilot guides them into the hole and aligns them with the surface. It also shields the threads from weld spatter. The round base acts as a flange to evenly distribute force, while the projections concentrate your weld. This makes room for heat to dissipate, protecting the threads from deforming. These weld nuts stand up to high torque and pull force better than rivet and press-fit nuts, making them the strongest way to add permanent threads to sheet metal. You can also weld them to thick metal surfaces.
