Telescoping Robot Workstations

Raise and lower your robot arm on these workstations, placing them at the right height for each task. Manually adjust the work surface at 1-in. intervals, or add a hydraulic lift kit (sold separately) for faster and more precise positioning. These workstations have swivel casters for easy transport from one job to the next—use the leveling pads to balance them on uneven floors. When using these workstations with a large arm, such as the FANUC CRX-25iA, anchor them to ensure stability and safety. Workstations have ample room for storing your controller, teach pendant, and other robot accessories.

Hydraulic lift kits save you time spent manually lifting or lowering the work surface, which requires adjusting bolts on all four workstation legs. These kits also allow for more precise positioning than manual adjustment, which only lets you set the height at 1-in. intervals. When used with a lift kit, top capacity for workstations is 700 lbs.

Telescoping Robot Bases
Take your robot arm to new heights—these bases move up and down to extend your robot’s vertical reach for high and low stacking jobs. Often used for loading boxes off a conveyor, they start at ground level and extend as your stack gets higher. Attach them to your robot arm and program their movement with the robot's work cycle. The bases have a mounting plate, base controller, and software plug-in for connecting, operating, and programming your arm. Use the threaded holes on the bases and mounting plate to attach accessories, such as a cable management system.
Bases for FANUC are approved for compatibility and simple integration with FANUC CRX robot arms. To integrate these bases, install and activate FANUC’s R648 Socket Messaging protocol on your robot arm.
Bases for Universal Robots are all Universal Robots+ (UR+) certified products, and they have been validated by Universal Robots for compatibility and simple integration with UR robot arms. Pair them with Positioning Slides for Universal Robots to also extend the horizontal reach of your robot’s arm.
