An adjustable reset lets you control the amount of temperature change, also known as deadband and differential, before these switches reset. Twist the rings to select the setpoint temperature and reset temperature anywhere within the setpoint range. When they reach the set temperature, they send an electronic signal to your programmable logic controller (PLC) to turn equipment on or off. Because they control two circuits, they turn one device from off to on (normally open) and another from on to off (normally closed). An LED illuminates to indicate they’re switching. These switches are often used in control and automation in hydraulics, pneumatics, air-conditioning, and refrigeration applications. Made of stainless steel, they resist corrosion and chemicals.
Install these switches directly into tanks, pipelines, and other process components using their threaded probe. They have a micro M12 plug connection and are compatible with micro M12 sockets, so you can quickly connect and disconnect them. After selecting your setpoint, tighten the locking ring to prevent unintentional changes.
IP rated, these switches seal out dust and water from temporary submersion. They also meet U.S., Canadian, and European safety standards.

A digital display makes it easy to monitor the temperature and control when these switches turn heating equipment on and off. They have an adjustable reset, so you can change the temperature range between when they activate and deactivate, commonly referred to as deadband and differential. Use the keypad to adjust the setpoint and reset point anywhere on the setpoint range. They produce an electronic signal that is often used to communicate with a programmable logic controller (PLC), so they're common in control and automation applications. Install them directly into tanks, pipelines, and other process components using their threaded probe.
These switches have a micro M12 plug, so you can quickly connect and disconnect them.
Rated IP65 and IP67, these switches protect against dust and water from washdowns and temporary submersion. They’re also UL listed, C-UL listed, and CE marked, so they meet U.S., Canadian, and European safety standards.

Send signals to trigger two different processes, each with their own set temperatures. For example, use one setpoint to turn a heater on and off at one temperature and another to activate an alarm if the temperature rises too far above the cutoff point. Twist the outer ring to adjust your setpoints—no need for tools. After choosing your setpoint, tighten the locking ring to prevent unintentional changes. Once the setpoint is reached, an LED illuminates, indicating the switching status. The threaded probe installs directly into tanks, pipelines, and other process components.
These switches send an electronic PNP signal to your programmable logic controller (PLC), so they’re often used in control and automation applications. They have a micro M12 plug connection and are compatible with micro M12 sockets, allowing you to quickly connect and disconnect the switch.
They are rated IP67 for protection from dust and temporary submersion.

Turn heating equipment on or off in environments with flammable gases, combustible dust, and ignitable fibers, such as chemical plants, refineries, and grain elevators. The switch housing is UL listed for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups B, C, and D; Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F, and G; and Class III, Divisions 1 and 2 hazardous locations. It also meets NEMA 4X for use in washdown environments with splashing water, corrosive liquid, and dust. Switches have a probe on a cable for remote temperature readings. Set actuation points with the adjustment dial.
1 Actuation Point—Switches with one actuation point have one SPDT (single pole, double throw) relay. The relay can be set to turn one circuit from off to on (normally open) or from on to off (normally closed). The probe has 1/2 NPT male threads for installation directly into tanks, pipelines, and other process components. It comes with a bushing that adapts the thread size to 3/4 NPT male.
2 Actuation Points—Switches with two actuation points have two SPDT (single pole, double throw) relays. Each relay can be set to turn one circuit from off to on (normally open) or from on to off (normally closed).

    Autotuning Temperature Controllers

Ideal in systems with rapid, unpredictable, or complex temperature changes, these controllers turn heating equipment on and off using a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control algorithm to make fine adjustments, giving you the most precise and stable temperature control. They work similarly to proportional controllers but gather more variables to calculate the most effective way to return to the target temperature and avoid overshooting. They also have fuzzy logic to learn your system's behavior and compensate as needed. Use the autotuning function to have the controller cycle and identify the ideal PID variables for your system. You can also manually select the PID variables. These controllers read temperature with a highly sensitive thermocouple or RTD probe (both not included) in critical process applications. Since they reset automatically, they switch off and on again as the temperature fluctuates. All fit into instrument panels with DIN cutouts. Use the keypad to adjust the actuation point, reset point, other settings.
All meet American, Canadian, and European safety standards.

Switch heaters on or off when your process reaches a certain temperature. Both these controllers and your heater will be powered by the same wall outlet. Place the probe into your process, plug the controller into an outlet, and plug your heater into the socket on the back of the controller’s plug. These simple temperature controllers deliver either full power or no power. They’re best used in systems where temperatures change slowly and you don’t need precise control.
IP20 Enclosure Rating and NEMA 1 Enclosure Rating—IP20 and NEMA 1 rated controllers are best for indoor use. They keep dirt out and will stop objects about the size of a finger from coming into contact with a live circuit.
IP66 Enclosure Rating and NEMA 4X Enclosure Rating—IP66 and NEMA 4X rated controllers seal out dirt, corrosive liquids, and water from high-pressure washdowns.

    Electronic Insertion-Mount Flow Switches

Image of Product. Front orientation. Flow Switches. Electronic Insertion-Mount Flow Switches.
Instead of disassembling your system for inline installation, thread these flow switches onto a mounting adapter (sold separately) and insert them into a pipe tee or pipe outlet. They send digital signals to your programmable logic controller (PLC) to activate automated controls or alarms when they reach a set flow rate. To calculate the flow rate, they generate a small amount of heat, then measure the cooling effect your liquid or gas has on it. This makes them ideal in applications with fluctuating temperatures. Use the buttons on the display to adjust the set point and other settings. These switches are accurate in any mounting position.
IP65 rated switches protect against dust and washdowns. IP67 rated switches withstand temporary submersion.

    DIN-Rail-Mount Autotuning Temperature Controllers

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Temperature Controllers. DIN-Rail-Mount Autotuning Temperature Controllers.
Mount these temperature controllers directly onto DIN rail for controlling systems with rapid, unpredictable, or complex temperature changes. They turn heating equipment on and off using a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control algorithm to make fine adjustments, giving you the most precise and stable temperature control. All work similarly to proportional controllers but gather more variables to calculate the most effective way to return to the target temperature and avoid overshooting. They also have fuzzy logic to learn your system's behavior and compensate as needed. Use the autotuning function to have the controller cycle and identify the ideal PID variables for your system. These controllers read temperature with a highly sensitive thermocouple or RTD probe (both not included) in critical process applications. Since they reset automatically, they switch off and on again as the temperature fluctuates. Use the keypad to adjust the actuation point, reset point, and other settings.
All meet American, Canadian, and European safety standards.
    Mechanical Relay Output
Mechanical relay outputs actuate circuits directly. All are single pole, single throw (SPST) relays and turn one circuit from off to on (normally open).
For Alarming and For Cooling—Those with cooling/alarm outputs can also be used to turn cooling equipment on or off at a specified temperature.
For Alarming—Alarm outputs can be configured to actuate alarms or other simple devices.

    Sanitary Electronic Insertion-Mount Flow Switches

Image of Product. Front orientation. Flow Switches. Sanitary Electronic Insertion-Mount Flow Switches.
Easy to clean and install, these flow switches are 3-A certified to meet sanitary design standards and insert into your line with a quick-clamp mounting adapter (sold separately). They have a smooth probe, and unlike flow switches that measure with a paddle or turbine, these don’t have moving parts for contaminants to get stuck in. Rated IP67 and IP69K, they withstand temporary submersion and high-temperature, high-pressure washdowns. The mounting adapter attaches to a quick-clamp tube tee or outlet (often called tri-clamp fittings) in your large-diameter tubing system using a gasket and clamp (not included), so you don't need to disassemble your line for inline installation. This mounting adapter is also easy to remove and clean.
They’re accurate in any mounting position.

    Proportional Temperature Controllers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Temperature Controllers. Proportional Temperature Controllers.
Cycle heaters on and off intermittently to maintain a set temperature in your system. These proportional controllers keep your heater on when your system is below the set temperature, and they turn it off in short cycles when your system nears the set temperature. The short cycles make them more precise and allow less temperature fluctuation than on/off controllers. Use them on electric heaters only—they don't work with valves or solenoids.
Turn the dial on these controllers to choose your set temperature. They use a highly sensitive thermocouple probe (not included) to read temperature. Their mechanical relay actuates circuits directly. All are SPDT (single pole, double throw) and can turn one circuit from off to on (normally open) or on to off (normally closed). Install these controllers into instrument panels with DIN cutouts.
All controllers meet American, Canadian, and European safety standards.
