    Heat-Shrink Flanged Spade Terminals

Image of Product. Front orientation. Terminals, Ferrules, and Lugs. Heat-Shrink Flanged Spade Terminals.
The plastic insulation shrinks when heated to grip and seal the wire more tightly than other flanged spade terminals. In addition to sealing out contaminants, the heat shrink distributes strain when the wire is pulled or under tension for long periods.
Flanged spade terminals resist slipping and falling from control panels and other vertical surfaces. Even if the screw loosens, the flanges hang onto the screw head to maintain the connection. Attach your wire with a crimping tool to avoid a damaged barrel and loose connection.
Polyolefin Insulation—The durable plastic prevents short circuits and maintains a tight seal on the wire when exposed to high temperatures, heavy vibration, and long-term wear and tear from maintenance and adjustment.

    Heat-Shrink Locking Spade Terminals

Image of Product. Front orientation. Terminals, Ferrules, and Lugs. Heat-Shrink Locking Spade Terminals.
The plastic insulation shrinks when heated to grip and seal the wire more tightly than other locking spade terminals. In addition to sealing out contaminants, the heat shrink distributes strain when the wire is pulled or under tension for long periods.
Flanged spade terminals are the easiest spade terminals to connect. The two forks slide past the screw then snap onto the shank, keeping the terminal aligned and secure without your help during installation.

A good choice for machinery that needs to be frequently disconnected and reconnected for adjustment and repair. These terminals pair with other quick-disconnect terminals, so you can pop them apart whenever you need to break a connection. Attach your wire with a crimping tool to avoid a damaged barrel and loose connection.
Noninsulated—The basic, economical option when short circuits from nearby wiring aren't a concern.
Single Crimp—Provides a secure enough grip for most jobs.

    Heat-Shrink Spade Terminals

Image of Product. Front orientation. Terminals, Ferrules, and Lugs. Heat-Shrink Spade Terminals.
Speed up installation without sacrificing protection for your wire. The spade slides right under the screw head while the heat-shrink plastic shields the wire from cuts, moisture, and dust to prevent short circuits and weakened connections. The seal also distributes strain evenly when the wire is bent or under tension, preventing the wire from fraying. When attaching your wire, use a crimping tool to avoid a damaged barrel and loose connection. Then apply heat to seal the plastic onto the wire from all sides.
Polyolefin Insulation—The durable plastic prevents short circuits and maintains a tight seal on the wire when exposed to high temperatures, heavy vibration, and long-term wear and tear from maintenance and adjustment.
