    Tight-Hold Heat-Shrink Spade Terminals

Image of Product. Front orientation. Terminals, Ferrules, and Lugs. Tight-Hold Heat-Shrink Spade Terminals.
The best spade terminals for preventing wire pullout and loose connections. A combination of crimping, heat shrink, and solder makes the wire extra rigid and secure. First, squeeze the barrel onto the wire so it stays put when tugged, vibrated, or under tension for long periods. (Use a crimping tool to avoid a damaged barrel and loose connection.) When you apply heat, the plastic seals and grips the stranded wire while the enclosed solder melts it into a solid, rigid wire that's even tougher to twist or bend.
Spade terminals are faster to install than ring terminals because they don't require you to remove the screw from the terminal block or other connection point.
Polyolefin Insulation—The durable plastic prevents short circuits and maintains a tight seal on the wire when exposed to high temperatures, heavy vibration, and long-term wear and tear from maintenance and adjustment.

    Tight-Hold Heat-Shrink Locking Spade Terminals

Image of Product. Front orientation. Terminals, Ferrules, and Lugs. Tight-Hold Heat-Shrink Locking Spade Terminals.
These terminals grip the wire more tightly and are easier to install than other locking spade terminals.
For easy installation, slide the two forks past the screw. The forks will snap onto the shank, keeping the terminal aligned and secure without your help.
Polyolefin Insulation—The durable plastic prevents short circuits and maintains a tight seal on the wire when exposed to high temperatures, heavy vibration, and long-term wear and tear from maintenance and adjustment.

    Heat-Shrink Crimp-On Wire Connectors

Image of Product. Front orientation. Wire Splices, Connectors, and Taps. Heat-Shrink Crimp-On Wire Connectors.
A step up in grip strength and strain relief over standard crimp-on wire connectors. First, twist your wires together and crimp them in the connector. Then, apply a heat gun to shrink the insulation and hold wires securely under tension and vibration. The heat shrink also protects wire from the drips, dirt, and scuffs that lead to fraying, poor conductivity, and short circuits.

    Heat-Shrink Ring Terminals

Image of Product. Front orientation. Terminals, Ferrules, and Lugs. Heat-Shrink Ring Terminals.
The plastic insulation shrinks when heated to tightly grip and seal the wire. In addition to blocking out contaminants, the heat shrink distributes strain when the wire is pulled or under tension for long periods. Attach your wire with a crimping tool to avoid a damaged barrel and loose connection.
Polyolefin Insulation—The durable plastic prevents short circuits and maintains a tight seal on the wire when exposed to high temperatures, heavy vibration, and long-term wear and tear from maintenance and adjustment.
