Ceramic Fiber Insulation Sheets for Furnaces

Image of Product. Front orientation. Insulation Sheets. Ceramic Fiber Insulation Sheets for Furnaces.
The most common of our flexible high-temperature sheets, these are used to insulate furnaces. They also can be fabricated into gaskets. Insulation performs best at temperatures above 1,000° F.
Without Binder—Sheets without binder don’t have a binder that can burn when installed, so they won’t produce a strong odor. They’re often used to vacuum heat treat furnaces. However, they’re weaker and more brittle than sheets with a binder.

Strut Channel Routing Saddles for Insulated Pipe

Image of ProductInUse. Front orientation. Strut Channel Framing and Fittings. Strut Channel Routing Saddles for Insulated Pipe.
Route pipe along strut channel without damaging the insulation. These saddles cradle pipe from below to evenly distribute the load. This keeps insulation from compressing over time, which prevents energy loss. Clip saddles onto channel to install.
