Rotary Control Cables
Transmit rotary motion to operate valves, throttle controls, and HVAC damper controls. These cables are flexible, so you can weave them around obstructions to manipulate controls from a distance. They have a D-profile shaft on one end for installing a manual control knob and a set screw on the other end for securing to a shaft. Push the male end of the shaft through a panel cutout and secure with locknuts.
Cables with a plastic cover protect the core from bending. The cover also helps to prevent injury from the rotating cable.
