Compared to our standard UHMW polyethylene, these sheets and bars hold up better to scuffs and scrapes in high-speed, high-precision, and high-impact applications—such as conveyor equipment, chute liners, and machine guards. A dry self-lubricant keeps them extra slippery for smooth and quiet operation. They also withstand high temperatures and harsh cleaners and sanitizers, so they can be washed down frequently. Regularly used in food-processing and pharmaceutical plants, these sheets and bars are blue, making them easy to see if any part falls into your product line. They’re FDA compliant for direct contact with food. Also known as Tivar HPV.

High-Strength Slippery UHMW Polyethylene Rods

Often used in high-speed, high-precision, and high-impact applications, such as conveyor rollers and bearings, these rods stand up to scratches and scuffs better than our standard UHMW polyethylene rods. A built-in dry lubricant makes these rods self-lubricating and extra slippery, so they're smooth and quiet. They also withstand high temperatures and chemicals, so frequent washdowns with harsh cleaners and sanitizers won't affect them. Regularly used in food-processing and pharmaceutical plants, these rods are FDA compliant for direct contact with food, and their blue color makes them easy to spot if any part falls into your product line. Also known as Tivar HPV.
