    Toggle Bolt Anchors for Drywall

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Anchors. Toggle Bolt Anchors for Drywall.
These classic toggle anchors are best for securing handrails, cabinets, and shelving in drywall. All have a spring-loaded toggle that firmly grips behind your wall. Since the gripping force is spread over the length of the toggle, they create a stronger hold than plug anchors. However, they require a larger hole to push the toggle through, which may need patching if not covered by your component.
To install, insert the bolt through your component and thread on the toggle. Then, fold the toggle wings flush against the bolt and push them through a drilled hole until they pop open on the other side. Next, pull back on the bolt and tighten it for a secure hold. The bolt is reusable, but the toggle will fall behind the wall when the bolt is removed.

    Toggle Anchors for Drywall

Image of Product. Front orientation. Anchors. Toggle Anchors for Drywall.
The toggle locks in place behind your wall to prevent pullout, while fins stop twisting during installation. Unlike traditional toggle bolt anchors, these require a smaller hole and have a flange that covers the hole once installed. Since the gripping force is spread over the length of the toggle, these anchors create a stronger hold than our plug anchors.
To install, fold the anchor in the middle so the toggle wings touch each other. Insert the anchor into a drilled hole and tap it until it's flush with your drywall. Then, use the included tool to pop the anchor open. Next, thread a tapping screw through your component and tighten for a secure hold. You can repeatedly remove your screw without losing strength or the toggle behind the wall. However, the anchor itself cannot be removed.

    Toggle Bolt-Style Hangers with Spring

Image of Product. Front orientation. Hanger Bolts. Toggle Bolt-Style Hangers with Spring.
These hangers are a popular choice for overhead applications. The spring holds the washer and toggle against opposite sides of the wall, so everything's in position before you begin tightening. To install, insert the bolt through your fixture and thread the toggle onto it. Next, fold the toggle wings flush against the bolt and push them through a drilled hole until they pop open on the other side. Once tightened, the spring adds vibration resistance. Zinc yellow-chromate plating provides corrosion resistance in wet environments. Dimensions meet ASME B18.6.3 specifications.

    Stud-Style Toggle Anchors for Drywall

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains Annotated. Anchors. Stud-Style Toggle Anchors for Drywall.
Commonly used to install standoffs to mount signs or panels, these anchors create threaded-stud connections that stay put. All have a spring-loaded toggle that firmly grips behind your wall for a secure hold. Since the gripping force is spread over the length of the toggle, they create a stronger hold than plug anchors. However, they require a larger hole to push the toggle through, which may need patching if not covered by your component.
To install, insert the stud through your component and thread on the toggle. Then, fold the toggle wings flush against the stud and push them through a drilled hole until they pop open on the other side. Next, pull back on the stud and thread on a nut to secure. The stud is reusable, but the toggle will fall behind the wall when the stud is removed.
