Lathe Tool Holder Bushings for CNC Lathes

Increase the diameter of boring bars, drill bits, and other shank-style cutting tools to securely fit CNC lathe tool blocks. These bushings are machined and ground to precisely fit both tools and tool blocks for optimal performance. Made of hardened steel, they are durable and stand up to the strain of CNC machining. They’re Style C bushings, which means they have a slot in the side that clamps tools regardless of where tool-block set screws are located, making them compatible with all tool blocks.

Use individual keyway broaches in a variety of arbor hole sizes. Bushings rest inside the arbor hole of your workpiece and act as guides to ensure rigid and accurate keyway cutting.

Bushings for smaller arbor holes are collared for easier handling. The collar rests on top of the workpiece rather than being supported from below.

For Broach Style—Broaches have a style designation of A, B, B1, C, D, E, or F. For proper fit, broaches, bushings, and shims used together must have the same letter designation.
