    Kits

    To set torque, remove the snap ring and locking plate and adjust the nut. When the torque setting is reached, these adapters click and release. These tools let you accurately measure or limit the torque you apply to prevent overtightening and damaging fasteners.
    Clockwise-and-Counterclockwise Torque-Limiting Direction—Use clockwise and counterclockwise adapters to tighten fasteners in both directions. You’ll need to change tools to loosen the fasteners.
    Clockwise Torque-Limiting Direction—Use clockwise adapters to tighten fasteners in the clockwise direction as well as loosen them in the counterclockwise direction. There’s no need to change tools.
