Drivers with click torque limiter signal with an audible click and when the set torque is reached. Turn the collar to adjust torque.

Static-Control Torque Screwdrivers


Also known as ESD-safe screwdrivers, the grip drains static away from your application, preventing buildup from electrostatic discharge (ESD) that can damage sensitive equipment. Turn the collar to adjust torque. When set torque is reached, these drivers slip to disengage and stop turning the fastener, preventing overtightening. They come with a calibration certificate that is traceable to NIST and includes the test measurements that confirm accuracy. Drivers have a contoured ultra-grip handle that provides comfort and the best possible grip for achieving maximum torque. The torque adjustment mechanism locks to prevent accidental changes to your setting. Use with screwdriver bits (not included).

Digital Torque-Measuring Screwdrivers

A green light and a beep alert you when you've reached 90% of your set torque, and a steady tone sounds once you've hit your target. Set your torque in cNm, cm-Kg, or in.-lbs. and quickly check the LCD for real-time measurements along the way. A red light warns if you begin to overtighten. In addition to applying the correct torque to a fastener, these screwdrivers can help determine fastener torque specifications and identify the torque required to loosen tightened fasteners. They store up to nine torque settings to save time when working on multiple fasteners. They're compatible with any bit that has a 1/4" hex shank. All require one AAA battery (included). To save battery power, the display turns off after five minutes of idle time. You can also turn the display off manually.
Accurate to within 2% of the set torque in the clockwise direction, and 3% in the counterclockwise direction, these screwdrivers are more precise than standard torque screwdrivers. All screwdrivers come with a calibration certificate from the manufacturer. Clean Room Factory-Set Torque Screwdrivers


Rated for ISO Class 5 (Fed. Std. Class 100) clean rooms, these tools have a sealed handle to keep lubrication in and contaminants out. They are factory set to reach the same torque every time. Data-Recording Torque Gauges
Use these gauges with changeable sensors and square-drive sockets (sold separately) to display, collect, and download torque readings. They display torque as it's measured and the maximum torque reached. Gauges can also be used to convert any hand-turned square drive tool into a precise torque-measuring tool.

Measure the torque output of torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and other hand tools to ensure they deliver the right amount of torque—and check your results on a digital screen. Cycle through four units of measure on the screen, then set it to display real-time or maximum torque. These testers have a keyless chuck that's similar to a standard drill chuck: insert the tool you're measuring and tighten the chuck by hand. They can also be used to measure the torque consistency of small rotating parts, such as motors, potentiometers, and encoders.
Testers with calibration certificate with test data traceable to NIST include the test measurements that confirm accuracy.
The tester's memory keeps track of up to 999 different measurements. Use the USB cable and software download link (sold separately) to transmit, store, and analyze test data on a computer. The software stores time, date, and torque measurement values that you can import into Microsoft Excel.
To use the tester on external power, add an AC adapter (sold separately) and attach it with the USB cable (sold separately with the software). Adapter cannot be sold in Canada due to energy efficiency requirements.
For large and oddly shaped items, use a testing fixture (sold separately). Testing fixtures fit inside the tester's chuck and have four clamping pins that allow you to hold objects as wide as 2 1/4".
For handheld use, the display fits inside the back of the tester. To use the tester on a flat surface, remove the display from the back of the tester. For additional stability, mount the tester onto a testing stand (sold separately). Testing stands have four pins that fit inside the tester to anchor it, a handle for leverage, and mounting holes for permanently securing the stand.
