Prepare water for use in beverages, food preparation, and ice production. These filter housings come with a cartridge that prevents scale formation, which can damage equipment. They also come with adapters and a length of tubing for under-sink installation between a water line and faucet. Both the filter and the cartridge meet NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 for use with drinking (potable) water.

Tap into great-tasting water by screwing this filter directly onto your faucet. It comes with a cartridge that filters out sediment, chlorine, and other particles that cause unpleasant tastes and odors. The cartridge lasts approximately two months or 200 gallons of water. Filter housing is opaque white so it blocks light to minimize algae growth. It is not recommended for hot water.

An EPDM rubber gasket maintains a tight seal and resists water, detergents, chemicals, and steam. The gasket is FDA compliant for direct contact with food. Housings are 3-A certified for sanitary design standards and comply with FDA pharmaceutical equipment design standards.

Cartridges (sold separately) are pleated, creating a large surface area for trapping debris. They have one open end with an EPDM rubber O-ring and locking tabs—the O-ring creates a tight seal to ensure that liquids pass through the cartridge for filtration, while the locking tabs help align with cartridges for a secure fit. Cartridges are FDA compliant for direct contact with food.

Cartridges with a polypropylene filter are often used as pre-filters in liquid processing lines, capturing larger particles to prevent clogging.

Cartridges with a PES filter remove extremely small particles, so they’re commonly used as final filters in high-purity applications. They’re also known as absolute-rated cartridges.

These bags are suitable for contact with food and beverage. Use them with a filter bag housing to remove contaminants from your line.

Seamless filter bags provide more uniform filtration than filter bags with a seam. They trap very fine particles that can pass through the pinholes in a seam.

Commonly used in ice-making machines, these valves have floats that rest inside a clear plastic reservoir. They meet NSF/ANSI 169 standards for food equipment components. Polypropylene plastic floats are FDA compliant for direct food contact. The discharge outlet is unthreaded and releases contents into your tank. The drain holes are located on the bottom for connecting to soft tubing (not included).
