A hard rubber covering and wire core helps these ties maintain their shape. The rubber covering will not fray if nicked. It also creates friction, so you can grip and hold items in place when bundling.
Capped End—Ties with capped ends prevent the wire core from scratching items and keep the rubber covering intact.
Eye End—Ties with an eye on one end can be used to hang or cinch items.
