Sanding Sheets for Oscillating Tools



Use these sheets with an oscillating tool—their triangular shape reaches into tight corners and spaces. With hook and loop backing you can quickly attach, remove, and reuse them with a compatible backup pad. Sheets have holes to allow dust removal when you connect your tool to a dust extractor and vacuum system to prevent buildup of debris on the abrasive surface. They also have a slick coating to further prevent dust accumulation.
Starlock-blade-mount sheets can be used with any Starlock-compatible oscillating tool. They are aluminum oxide, the most common choice for material removal and wood finishing.
Open-blade-mount sheets are compatible with any non-Starlock oscillating tool. They have ceramic alumina abrasive, which is sharp and dense enough to shape hard metals such as stainless steel, nickel, and iron without dulling quickly. It removes material faster and lasts longer than aluminum oxide but requires more force to abrade properly.

Hook and Loop Vacuum Sanding Sheets for Detail Sanders


Easy to attach and remove, these sheets grip the surface of your vacuum detail sander. Vacuum holes allow dust to get sucked up before it can build up and dull the abrasive surface. These sheets are covered in aluminum oxide, the most common choice for general purpose sanding, making them great for use on metal and wood. A clog-resistant coating keeps the surface slick to further prevent buildup and keeps everything cool, so the abrasive doesn’t break down as quickly. Their shape squeezes into tight spaces such as edges, corners, and angled surfaces.
Triangle sheets fit into 90° corners.
Pointed oval sheets fit into extra-tight corners and narrow spaces. They have curved edges for easy sanding along contours.

Adhesive-Back Sanding Sheets for Detail Sanders

Air-Powered Detail Sheet Sanders
Shaped to squeeze into tight spaces—edges, corners, and angled surfaces—these compact sanders smooth out imperfections. They move in a very small circular pattern for precise control, making them a good choice for a light sand on delicate workpieces. Use them with either hook and loop or adhesive-back sanding sheets.
Dust-collecting sanders remove particles from the air and the surface of the sanding sheet to extend its life. Connect them to a collection kit (sold separately).
