Easy-Turn Dollies
For maneuverability in tight spaces, these dollies have two platforms that swivel independently. Their casters are often called triple-swivel casters or zero-throw casters. Ball bearings between the platforms on these dollies allow you to turn and position the load without any caster movement. Made of polyurethane, their wheels combine the abrasion resistance of plastic with the shock- and sound-absorbing qualities of rubber. They’re also nonmarking. Use them on smooth or rough floors and in areas with debris. The top platform has slots for permanent mounting (fasteners not included).

Dollies for Equipment with Legs
Put these dollies under each leg of a load for stable transport. The recessed center keeps legs from sliding off.
Style A dollies are for use with large diameter legs.
Style B dollies have a smaller recessed center than Style A.
Style C dollies move loads with and without legs. The longest edge has a lip to prevent items from sliding off. They are plastic coated for a nonskid, nonmarring contact surface.
Rubber wheels absorb shock. Iron wheels combine strength and durability to handle higher capacities than rubber wheels. Phenolic wheels are lightweight and nonmarking.

Multidirectional High-Capacity Roller Dollies for Uneven Surfaces
Maneuver machines and heavy loads into confined spaces. These dollies have rollers that swivel independently, allowing movement in any direction. Rubber pads in the center grip loads without damaging the load surface. Handles on the dolly make them easier to pick up.
Robot Bases
Elevate robot arms with these bases so they can reach onto raised surfaces, such as conveyor belts or workstations. Made from steel, these bases are strong and built to last—they’re also machinable and weldable, so you can modify the mounting plates to suit your application. Secure them to the ground or other flat surface using the holes in the bottom plate. Additional holes are designed to level the bases—thread fasteners (not included) through each hole and adjust their depth to compensate for uneven floors. These bases are only for use at collaborative speeds. They are not designed for robots moving at high speeds.
If you do not see your robot model arm listed, you will need to confirm compatibility yourself. In addition to mounting hole pattern, you will also need to ensure that the maximum potential forces of your robot arm and application are within safe limits for the base's footprint, center of gravity, and any additional anchoring systems. Taller bases have a higher center of gravity and thus require heavier anchoring systems to maintain stability at higher forces compared to shorter bases.
Use dollies to turn these stationary bases into mobile bases. They have three swivel casters with total lock brakes, so you can brake the wheels and lock the swivel motion with the press of a foot pedal. They also have three leveling feet that swivel to compensate for uneven floors. Clearance under and between the dolly legs will let you use a pallet jack to move very heavy or delicate setups.

Use anchors to temporarily secure dollies to your floors. Each anchor has a notch that wraps around the stem of the dolly’s leveling foot to hold it in place. Tighten the foot’s wing nut for added holding power. When you need to move the dolly, slide the leveling foot out of the anchor’s notch. To secure one dolly, you’ll need three anchors—one for each leveling foot.
