Gaskets for 37° Flared Tube Fittings
Prevent leaks from temperature fluctuations and vibration that can loosen 37° flared tube fittings. In general, you should match your gasket material to your fitting material. But, if you have a brass fitting, you can use a copper gasket.
Gaskets without a coating are best for fittings that are exposed to harsh chemicals, such as antifreeze, which can dissolve the threadlocker coating.
Threadlocker-coated gaskets offer a more secure hold than uncoated gaskets, so they’re best for areas with high vibration.

Rings with Viton® Fluoroelastomer Rubber O-Ring: 0° to 300° F
Rings with Silicone Rubber O-Ring: -50° to 390°F - Tubing: Use with 304/304L stainless steel, 316/316L stainless steel, or aluminum
- Specifications Met: ISO 2861
Use these rings with quick-clamp high-vacuum fittings. They consist of a stainless steel inner ring covered by an O-ring.
Silicone rubber O-rings withstand higher temperatures than fluoroelastomer ones.
Rings with a screen have a stainless steel screen to filter out large particles.

Create airtight seals in high-vacuum systems by placing these rings between two claw-clamp (ISO-K) or bolt-together (ISO-F) fittings. They contain a Viton® fluoroelastomer O-ring—when you clamp or bolt your fittings together, the O-ring compresses to establish the seal.
