Use these rings with quick-clamp high-vacuum fittings. They consist of a stainless steel inner ring covered by an O-ring.
Silicone rubber O-rings withstand higher temperatures than fluoroelastomer ones.
Rings with a screen have a stainless steel screen to filter out large particles.

Create an airtight seal between quick-clamp (ISO-KF) fittings—these rings complete high-vacuum connections. A Viton® fluoroelastomer O-ring compresses between the two fittings to establish the seal.
