Measure the threaded ends of your fittings to identify their pipe size, thread size, schedule, and thread type. Then, find compatible components.
Stainless Steel Push-to-Connect Tube Fittings for Air and Water

- Temperature Range: -10° to 300° F;
except ISO 14743 fittings: 5° to 390° F;
fittings with 145 psi max. pressure: 25° to 300° F - Tubing: Use with firm or hard (Durometer 95A-72D) nylon plastic or polyurethane rubber;
except ISO 14743 fittings with 250 psi or 435 psi max. pressure: Use with firm (Durometer 85A-100A) nylon plastic or polyurethane rubber;
fittings with 145 psi max. pressure: Use with firm or hard (Durometer 95A-70D) FEP, nylon, PFA, or polyelofin plastic or polyurethane rubber
Made entirely of stainless steel, these fittings have the best corrosion resistance of all our metal push-to-connect fittings. Also known as instant fittings, they connect to tubing with a push, and an internal gripping ring and O-ring hold the tubing tight. To disconnect, push on the release ring and pull the tubing out of the fitting.

Fittings with intermittent swivel rotate 360° before and after installation as needed to allow movement in the system and to prevent kinking.

except fittings with 145 psi max. pressure: Use with FEP, nylon, PFA, or polyethylene plastic or polyurethane rubber - Specifications Met: FDA Compliant 21 CFR 177.1380, ISO 14743;
except fittings with 145 psi max. pressure: FDA Compliant 21 CFR 177.2600, ISO 16030
Create corrosion-resistant connections in food and beverage lines with just a push. Also known as instant fittings, these fittings have an internal gripping ring and an O-ring that hold tight to tubing. To disconnect the fittings, push the release ring and pull the tubing out of the fitting. A smooth exterior with rounded edges prevents buildup of grime and contaminants for effective cleaning. With a 316 stainless steel body, they maintain their strength even when exposed to frequent washdowns and the harshest chemicals, including bleach, chlorine, and phosphoric acid. They’re also more durable than plastic fittings. FDA compliant, these fittings are approved for direct contact with food. Use them with low pressure and with firm or hard tubing only.

Luer Lock Tube Couplings for Plastic and Rubber Tubing—High-Purity

- For Use With: Air, Water
- Temperature Range: Nylon Plastic: -50° to 275° F
Polyolefin Plastic: Up to 355° F
Polypropylene Plastic: -5° to 150° F - Tubing: Use with soft or firm (Durometer 50A-95A) polyolefin plastic, PVC plastic, silicone rubber, TPE plastic, or TPU plastic
To prevent contamination, these couplings are cleaned, double bagged, and packaged in a clean room. This makes them a great choice for applications where cleanliness is critical, such as semiconductor manufacturing. Known for their versatility, they fit any luer lock plug, socket, syringe, or needle. They’re quick to attach and detach, so they’re often used in lines that are frequently disconnected. Thanks to their compact body, they fit in tight spaces. Use them in low-pressure applications.
Note: For a complete coupling, order a plug and a socket.
Barbed couplings securely grip tubing and hose.
Nylon couplings have excellent impact and abrasion resistance. Use them in general purpose applications. Polyolefin couplings are BPA-free and autoclavable. Polypropylene couplings resist moisture and chemicals, including solvents. They also stand up to impact and abrasion.
Plugs with a locking ring are more secure than those without a locking ring. Give the ring a half turn to lock them in place. You can’t remove the locking ring.
Plugs without a locking ring are quicker to install and remove than those with a locking ring. Also known as luer slip plugs, all they need is a light push to secure. Add a snap-on ring (sold separately) to lock the coupling in place and color code your line.

Color/Shape-Match Quick-Disconnect Hose Couplings for Air and Water

Couplings are color coded by shape so you can’t mix hose lines. Only plugs and sockets of the same color and coupling size will fit together. A complete coupling consists of a plug and a socket (both sold separately) that connect and disconnect quickly. Use them if you need frequent access to a line. Plugs and sockets are 303 stainless steel for good corrosion resistance.
Plugs are also known as nipples.
Sockets have a shut-off valve that stops the flow when the coupling is separated, so air or water won’t leak from the line. They are push-to-connect style. To connect, push the plug into the socket until you hear a click. To disconnect, slide the sleeve on the socket forward until the plug ejects.
Note: To ensure a correct fit, make sure that the plug and socket have the same color and coupling size.
