Extreme-Temperature Spiral Flexible Hard Plastic Tubing for Chemicals

Not only can this Teflon® PTFE tubing handle a wide temperature range, it also has a convoluted spiral design for good flexibility and smooth flow. It has a cuff on each end for smooth connections. Connect tubing to fittings with a worm-drive clamp (sold separately). Tubing has the chemical resistance to withstand a wide range of acids and other harsh substances. It meets USP Class IV for material testing; it is not for use in medical applications. Tubing meets UL 94 V-0 for flame retardance, so it delays the spread of flames to valuable equipment. It is semi-clear, so it gives you a limited view inside your line.

Large-Diameter Soft Rubber Tubing for Chemicals

With a diameter of 2" or larger, this EPDM tubing has the girth to handle high volumes of acids and other harsh substances. Tubing connects to fittings with a clamp (sold separately). It is opaque, so you cannot see inside the line to monitor flow. It is semi-flexible, so it is good for gradual bends.
Large-Diameter Soft Rubber Tubing for Food and Beverage
With a diameter of 2" or larger, this tubing has the girth to handle high-volume beverage and bulk food processing applications. It has excellent abrasion and tear resistance. Tubing is made of FDA listed materials. It doesn’t contain plasticizers like DEHP, so it won’t impart tastes or odors to the product passing through it. Tubing is opaque, so you cannot see inside the line to monitor flow.
Tubing connects to fittings with a worm-drive clamp (sold separately).
Gum rubber tubing holds up under lower temperatures than neoprene rubber tubing. It is best suited for dry foods. Tubing is flexible, so it bends easily around objects.
Neoprene rubber tubing can withstand higher temperatures than gum rubber tubing. It is best suited for wet or oily foods and beverages. Tubing is semi-flexible, so it can handle gradual bends.

Move high volumes of dry bulk food, powders, and pellets around your food processing plant while reducing the risk of contaminating the food. To help you comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs, this large-diameter tubing contains metal and chemical additives that will set off metal detectors and show up on X-ray machines. The metal additive also makes it easy for magnetic traps to catch any broken pieces that may fall into your line. This tubing does not contain Bisphenol A (BPA), which is a chemical that can contaminate your process lines. Free of plasticizers, it won’t impart tastes or odors to the items passing through it. It’s also FDA compliant for direct contact with food.
Made of gum rubber, this tubing withstands abrasion and stands up to low temperatures, such as in freezers or refrigerated facilities. It’s also flexible, so it is easy to bend around objects.

Push the grounding strap (sold separately) into each end of the tubing before connecting to metal equipment such as housings and chutes.
