Spiral Wire Sleeving

Wrap this sleeving around cable, cords and wires to protect them and to form bundles. Unlike cable ties and tape, this sleeving can be unwound and reused.

Polyethylene sleeving holds up under rubbing and scraping, and won’t degrade in solvents. However, it is not as soft as silicone rubber sleeving, and does not provide as much cushioning. This sleeving has been tested by UL to meet nationally recognized industry and safety standards for use in electronic systems.

Hold pipe and conduit away from strut channel so components don’t rub and wear. The extra clearance also permits airflow, which prevents condensation build-up and heat transfer from hot pipes to your channel. Slide clamps into the end of channel and tighten the screw.

UV-Resistant Spiral Wire Sleeving

This sleeving absorbs UV light, so it can be used in direct sunlight without getting damaged. Made of polyethylene, it resists abrasion and solvents. A reusable alternative to tape and cable ties, it allows you to route wire and cable between the spirals.

Style 2—The screw is angled for easy access with a screwdriver or drill where pipe, conduit, and tubing run in parallel.

Block-Style Vibration-Damping Strut Channel Routing Clamps

Reduce vibration and noise in pressurized systems, such as hydraulic lines. The polypropylene body on these clamps tightly surrounds pipe and tubing. Slide clamps into channel and fasten the included nuts and bolts to secure.
