Smooth-Bore Seamless Stainless Steel Tubing

Seamless construction with no weld bead gives this tubing an interior with unrestricted flow. It is stronger than welded tubing and can be flared without splitting.
304 stainless steel has very good corrosion resistance.
316 stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance.
Tubing that meets ASTM specifications adheres to international standards for dimensions and materials.
- Temperature Range: -325° to 1500° F
- Bending Method: Tube Bender
- For Use With: Hydraulic Fluid, Oil, Water, Natural Gas, Air
- Compatible Tubing Fittings: see table
Low-Carbon Steel Round Tubes

Also known as mild steel, low-carbon steel is easy to machine, form, and weld. It's widely fabricated into parts that don’t require high strength, such as frames, supports, and conduit. This steel is manufactured to ASTM, SAE, or EN standards for quality and performance.
Seamless tubes are stronger than welded tubes.
Ultra-High-Temperature Quartz Glass Tubes

- Color: Clear
- Max. Temperature: 2000° F
- Fabrication: Annealed
Blistering temperatures won’t melt these quartz tubes, and rapid temperature shifts won’t cause them to crack. Even tougher than borosilicate, they can be used in furnaces and ovens heated up to 2000° F. These highly pure tubes are often used in laboratories because they won’t leach impurities into samples or contaminate chemical reactions. Quartz tubes are optically clear and have excellent UV transmission, making them ideal for UV purification systems.

Strut-Mount Vibration-Damping Routing Clamps
Slide multiple clamps into existing strut channel to organize lines of pipe, tubing, and conduit without the need for drilling, welding, or using adhesive. Clamps have a plastic or rubber cushion or body to reduce vibration.
TPE clamps hold lines of pipe, tubing, and conduit in light duty applications without the need for fasteners or installation tools. Made from a single piece of rubber, they prevent corrosion caused by metal-to-metal contact and resist most oils, chemicals, and cleaning compounds. To install, insert the clamp into strut channel and twist it 90° to secure. Then, press material into the clamp.
Zinc-plated steel and stainless steel clamps with TPE cushion resist most oils, chemicals, and cleaning compounds. With a metal body, they provide a more secure hold than TPE clamps. Slide into strut channel and fasten the nut to secure. Stainless steel clamps are more corrosion resistant than zinc-plated steel clamps.
Polypropylene clamps are good for hydraulic applications. To install, slide into strut channel and fasten the mounting bolts into the included strut channel nuts. Clamps with 316 stainless steel top plates are more corrosion resistant than clamps with steel top plates.
Glass-filled nylon clamps with SBR cushion are good for refrigeration, HVAC, and hydraulic applications. Their plastic construction prevents corrosion caused by metal-to-metal contact. Slide into strut channel and fasten the nut to secure.
Clamps with a thumb grip have a tab on the bottom of the cushion for easy installation and removal.
Stacking clamps allow you to route multiple lines with different diameters on top of each other. They include fasteners and a plate for attaching to regular clamps or other stacking clamps. Stacking clamps cannot be used alone.

Low-Profile Strut-Mount Metal Routing Clamps

For routing pipe, tubing, and conduit in areas with low clearance, these clamps have the mounting fastener to the side of the material, rather than on top. Slide a bolt (sold separately) through the mounting hole and into a strut channel nut (sold separately) to secure. All are zinc-plated steel for good corrosion resistance.

Strut-Mount Metal Routing Clamps for Insulated Pipe

Secure insulated pipe to strut channel without pinching the insulation or exposing the pipe. These clamps are sized for use with insulated pipe and have a plastic insert that creates a seal around the insulation to prevent the pipe from sweating, which can cause mold and corrosion. To install, slide the clamp into the strut channel, insert the insulated pipe, and tighten the clamping screw to secure. All are zinc-plated steel and TPO for good corrosion resistance.
