Welded Steel Tubing

- Temperature Range: -65° to 800° F
- Bending Method: Tube Bender
A strong, high-pressure alternative to seamless tubing, this tubing is also known as DOM (drawn over mandrel). It is welded with a smoothed weld bead on the inside to reduce particle buildup. Tubing connects by welding. Do not use in corrosive environments.

Easy-Fit Barbed Hose Fittings for Air and Water
Low-profile barbs and a longer first barb allow for a smoother, easier installation than other barbed fittings. Slide the barbed end into rubber hose and secure with a clamp.
Zinc-plated steel fittings are stronger and more durable than other metal fittings. They have fair corrosion resistance. Hose connectors are also known as hose menders and splicers. Use them to connect lengths of hose or to repair damaged hose.

- Maximum Pressure: See table
- Maximum Vacuum: See table
- Temperature Range: -20° to 200° F
- Attachment Type:
For 1/2" to 4" Hose IDs: Use Worm-Drive Clamps, Bolt Clamps, or Band-and-Buckle Clamps
For 6" to 8" Hose IDs: Use Band-and-Buckle Clamps - Specifications Met: See table
High-Pressure Clamp-On Connectors

- For Use With: Bases, Drinking Water, Mild Acids, Salt Solutions
- Temperature Range: -20° to 180° F
- Specifications Met:
Pipe Size of 1/2-2: ASTM A307, ASTM A536, AWWA C-219, NSF/ANSI 61
Pipe Size of 3-8: ASTM A513, ASTM A53, ASTM A715, AWWA C-219, NSF/ANSI 61 - For Pipe Material: Iron, Steel, PVC Plastic
These heavy duty steel connectors are designed for high-pressure applications. Use them to connect rigid pipe of the same or different materials. They meet NSF/ANSI 61 safety standards for use with drinking water systems. To install, center the connector over two pipe ends and tighten the bolts with a wrench. They allow limited expansion and contraction; they do not restrain side-to-side movement.

Low-Carbon Steel Round Tubes

Also known as mild steel, low-carbon steel is easy to machine, form, and weld. It's widely fabricated into parts that don’t require high strength, such as frames, supports, and conduit. This steel is manufactured to ASTM, SAE, or EN standards for quality and performance.
Low-Carbon Steel Rectangular Tubes

Also known as mild steel, low-carbon steel is easy to machine, form, and weld. These tubes are often fabricated into parts that don’t require high strength, such as frames, supports, and raceways. To increase their wear resistance, you can surface harden them with heat treating. These tubes are manufactured to ASTM or EN standards for quality and performance.
Certificates with a traceable lot number are available for these products. Download certificates from ORDER HISTORY after your order ships.
