Push-Button Stack Indicator Lights with Two-Blade Plug

Give a signal with the push of a button. These lights have a control box with a button for activating each of the three light modules. The LED bulbs provide years of maintenance-free operation. The light modules meet IP54 and the control box meets IP20. They cannot be sold to the regions listed due to local energy efficiency requirements.

Mount the light by bolting the included bracket to a surface (fasteners not included) or clamping it over a surface such as an office partition or workstation. You can adjust the height of the light by using either the included 3 _1/2” or 11 _3/8” mounting poles.

Mount the control box using the included tape with adhesive on both sides. It connects to the light via a 4-ft. connecting cable.

Build-Your-Own Stack Indicator Lights for Universal Robots

Always know the precise status of your collaborative robot without complex wiring or custom programming. These lights come with a URCap plug-in, so your robot can communicate a range of conditions to them—from the end of a cycle to faults. Unlike standard stack lights that shine one color for any type of stop, these lights can flash red when someone hits the emergency stop and flash yellow when your robot pauses after a collision. Plug these lights into a USB port on your robot controller—no need to use up I/O ports. With a few simple taps on your teach pendant's screen, you can map robot states to each module directly from your robot control program. They are UR+ certified.

You’ll need a base and up to five modules of your choice (all sold separately). Mount the base to a flat surface, such as your robot workstation. Stack each module onto the base, twisting to lock them together. If you choose a sound module, it should be placed at the top. All components are rated IP65 for protection against dust and light rinses.

Emergency Backup Batteries

Emergency backup batteries meet UL 924, which means they’ll power one light for up to 90 minutes if the power goes out. Install them inside the fixture housing. They include a manual test button which you mount on the underside of the light.

Style E

No need for wiring—these lights plug into a standard wall outlet. Also known as shop lights, they suspend from your ceiling or can be surface mounted with the included hardware. Their smooth, frosted lens disperses light and reduces glare. Since the lens is polycarbonate, these lights stand up to bumps. ETL listed for use in damp locations, they also withstand humidity and moisture.

Style A—Style A have a slim profile so they fit in narrow spaces.

Style B—Styles B-D can be chained together by plugging their power cord into the power outlet on the previous light. Style B save energy by using a motion sensor to turn on only when the room is occupied. Adjust everything from brightness to sensor range to timer duration with the included remote.

Style C—Styles B-D can be chained together by plugging their power cord into the power outlet on the previous light. Style C are the brightest plug-in ceiling light, so they’re ideal for large areas.

Style D—Styles B-D can be chained together by plugging their power cord into the power outlet on the previous light.

Style E—Style E have three different light appearance settings, so you can adjust them to match other lights nearby. Plug them in or hardwire them into an outlet box. They can be plugged directly to the previous light to create a continuous strip of light, or spaced 12" apart with the included connecting cord.

Neutral Light—Neutral lights are often found in workspaces.

Cool Light—Cool lights highlight white and blue tones. This is ideal for inspection areas, workshops, and other areas that require high visibility.

Warm Light—Warm lights have a yellow tone similar to incandescent lights.
