Suction, transfer, and dispense wet food and beverages with up to 99% alcohol concentrations. This hose is FDA compliant and 3-A certified, so it’s safe to use with liquors, acidic beverages, and distillation byproducts. Made of UHMW polyethylene, it won't impart tastes or odors on your product. Also called distillery hose, it’s easy to clean and won’t wear down or leave marks if dragged. It’s also oil, chemical, and ozone resistant. The interior of the hose is reinforced with yarn and steel, so it holds its shape when attached to a vacuum pump.

Easily access lines that move highly alcoholic or acidic wet food and beverages—this hose has flanged ends that join with quick-clamp fittings. Also known as distillery hose, this hose is UHMW polyethylene, so it won't crack or degrade while moving liquid with a 99% alcohol concentration. It also won’t impart tastes or odors on the contents of your line. This hose is FDA compliant and its fittings are 3-A certified, so it’s safe to use with food. Both the hose and fittings stand up to repeated rinsing with water and mild chemicals, making it a good choice for food and beverage processing environments. The hose also won’t wear down or leave marks if dragged, become brittle from oil, or break down from ozone. Reinforced with yarn and steel wire, this hose holds its shape and won’t collapse when hooked up to a vacuum pump.
The fittings are also known as tri-clamp fittings. Attach them to other quick-clamp fittings with a gasket and a clamp.

Slippery UHMW Polyethylene Tubes
These impact- and wear-resistant tubes offer 360° protection from scrapes and strikes to wires, cords, and anything that can slide through them. UHMW has a low-friction surface that resists sticking and binding.
Tubes with an oversized OD also have an undersized ID for finishing to the sizes listed.
Tight-tolerance tubes, also known as bushing stock, slide over rods and inside shafts to increase or decrease the diameter. Their precise sizing allows ascending sizes to fit inside each other to create a thicker wall.

T-Slotted Framing Caps, Covers, and Seals

Wear strip covers slide into a T-slot to provide a slippery, abrasion-resistant surface. 90° angle covers create a side barrier that acts as a guide rail where there isn’t room for another rail.
