Tight-Tolerance Drive Rollers
The surface of these rollers is molded to a tolerance of either ±0.003 in. or ±0.08 mm to provide more consistent surface contact. Also known as contact wheels and feed rollers, they have tapped hubs that allow you to mount them onto a shaft or stud to transmit power. The urethane surface is nonmarring and wear resistant.

Ultra-flexible rollers have larger sidewall holes than flexible rollers, so they compress more and better protect delicate material.

Abrasion-Resistant Flex-Grip Press-Fit Drive Rollers
Mount these rollers directly onto your shaft without the need for set screws or keyways. They have a press-fit hub, but you can add your own hub to create a custom roller. Made of urethane, they are nonmarring and wear resistant. The sidewall holes and soft surface allow the roller to gently grab and maintain contact as it is compressed. Abrasion-Resistant Keyed Drive Rollers
These urethane rollers are wear and chemical resistant. They’re also nonmarring. Use them with a keyed shaft to prevent slippage in high-torque applications. Also known as contact wheels and feed rollers, drive rollers spin in unison with a shaft or stud to transmit power.

Abrasion-Resistant Low-Profile Drive Rollers
The mounting holes on these rollers are tapped directly through the roller’s surface so you can install them with set screws and still fit them into tight spots. Also known as contact wheels and feed rollers, drive rollers spin in unison with a shaft or stud to transmit power. The urethane surface is nonmarring and wear resistant.

Cut-to-Width Abrasion-Resistant Idler Rollers
Cut these rollers to the width you need using a band saw. You can also machine the surface to add a V-groove, U-channel, or fins to be used in any number of ways, from car wash rollers to package handling diverters. These rollers are urethane, so they’re nonmarring and resist wear.
