Vacuum Pads for Uneven Surfaces

Connect these pads to your vacuum system to lift and move textured items that standard vacuum cups can’t pick up. Made from spongy neoprene foam, they conform to uneven surfaces without damaging them. The fittings are brass with a nickel plating to resist corrosion.
Pads with a threaded connection screw directly onto male air fittings.
Push pads with a barbed connection onto an air hose and secure with a clamp (not included).
When the foam pads become worn, pull them out of the fitting and push in a replacement pad.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Replacement Vacuum Pads

Switch out worn vacuum pads with these replacements. Made from spongy neoprene foam, they conform to textured surfaces without damaging them. They’re easy to remove and replace—push them into the base of your vacuum pad to attach. For a good fit, match replacement pads to the manufacturer and model number of your current pad.
Static control pads drain static electricity away from sensitive items, such as electronics, so a sudden discharge doesn’t damage them.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Static-Control Vacuum Pads for Uneven Surfaces

Drain static charges from electronics and other sensitive, textured items as you lift and move them with your vacuum system. Made from soft, conductive neoprene foam, these pads gently conform to uneven surfaces while diverting static away from your item. Use them for applications where static buildup is a concern, such as assembling and packing circuit boards. The stainless steel fittings are lightweight and corrosion resistant.
When the foam pads become worn, pull them out of the fitting and push in a replacement pad.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.

Anti-Slip Adapters for Non-Contact Vacuum Lifters

Stick these adapters onto Non-Contact Vacuum Lifters to create a soft area for your workpiece to touch while it’s in motion. These rubber discs gently press against your object, adding enough friction to keep it from slipping and dropping. Choose an adapter that matches the manufacturer and model number of your vacuum lifter.

Robot Vacuum Cup Mounts

Attach threaded vacuum cups to robot arms with different ISO mounting patterns. These mounts have a universal thread for attaching your vacuum cups as well as inlet ports to connect air-powered vacuum pumps, so you can perform a variety of pick-and-place tasks. Use the 6-mm inlet port to move light objects or when working in tight spaces. Use the 10-mm inlet port to move heavy or porous objects, such as corrugated cartons. Made of acetal plastic, these mounts are strong, but lightweight, and stand up to moisture and chemicals. They include the hardware you need to connect them to robot arms. If you don't see your robot model number listed, measure the bolt circle diameter to determine mounting compatibility.
To preserve vacuum pressure, insert a 6-mm or 10-mm plug into the end of whichever inlet port you are not using.
Universal thread adapters let you join mounts and vacuum cups with different thread types.
Warning: Never use to lift people or items over people.
